Hello Everyone! When we check the IFS Cloud 23R2 tech docs it says non-multitenant databases are not supported.There is a customer who is planning to upgrade from IFS apps 9 to IFS Cloud 23R2 and wish to use a single instance database instead of a multitenant.Would there be any issues (such as core upgrade issues and etc) with the support from IFS if they go with a single instance database? Thanks in Advance 🙂Best Regards,Rayan

This warning message appears when trying to make a Product Structure buildable, only appearing for some new Structures not all.  I have tried to recreate warning message in my test environment by adding phantom parts to new Product Structure but won’t work.  

We want to update an EventMonitor/Query Profile in the ETM. This would run on a weekly basis to show last weeks closed calls. the fields that would change would be the action date to and from. We are struggling to get the ETM to recognise the Query Profile. We know we can query Query profiles using REST like this - assystREST/v2/queryProfiles/1514?onBehalfOfUser=aliashas. So assumed it would be similar with the ETM. Any Suggestions on what to try? 

Am I missing something?  This is one example.  There are other screens similar I find.  When I open the Purchase Order screen why is “Order Number” not one of the default search selectors?  Is this an unusal request?  Another ‘pet peeve’ would be that I have to re-select this Order No search field every time I open the screen.  Is there any way to ‘save’ which search options have been selected previously?  It’s such a waste of time/so inefficient.    Thanks!

Dear all, we are having installed UPD20 in our DEV instance of IFS10. This updated contains some difficulties with PDF straight printing from Windows. Now we are thinking to  get Upd22 and install it straight into TEST instance to check if all issues are gone. THe problem is that our current TEST contains UPD18 and release 44. Would it be possible to jump over Upd20, 21 and go straight to UPD22 in our TEST? How can I get information “GB” in this place? I don’t know where in IFS I need to put the information. I can see in the transformer that the file will take the data out of IFS if it is there. See attachment for ex. The picture is from the bank that tells me that i need to put in GB. I think it is somewhere on the bank the information must be, but I can’t figure it out. 

Hi Experts, I have set the and checked following are correct as required in the cloud env. parameter location_on_demand_mode= fine GPS allowed is set to yes in applications in SERVICEENGAPP In “Installed app details”, App GPS enabled is set to YesAnd then from MWO app for the service object I go and click on update map position and set position which gives an message as “object map position updated with retrieved device location”But when I go and check in screen “device location”, there is no relevant record with Lat/long values Could someone please help me on this to understand where it can go wrong? Thanks,Hesh.

We are on the road to use Cloud but one functionality that is no longer available in Cloud is the Keyword Search or Search Domains. There is already a post that you can upvote for IFS to reintroduce or provide us with a search-like capability similar to this feature- Reintroduce Enterprise Search-like capability for IFS Cloud | IFS Community. Has anyone found an alternative solution in the mean time?

Community,When checked in the new document, IFS will name the document like “B100-R000026GEN-1-A1-1.TXT”.  it is composed of document class+ document no+ Revision+ ….my question is, is possible to have it appended with document title? Thank you.

Hi Team,It was noticed that when trying to change expense codes on expense sheet in Preliminary state It allows when registered as a normal expense sheet but its not allowing to change the expense codes of the expenses added from credit card transactions. What is the standard functionality behind this?

ProblemIn Aurena, when Error/Warning/Information messages pop up in the right bottom corner of the page, they fade out within a second or two. Most of the time, the popup message content cannot be read prior to the fade out.I have found out a Solution ID related to the IFSAPP that mentioning, this issue will be solved in near future for the IFSAPP’s (please refer the Solution ID 289179).  Recreated in core: IFS CloudBusiness Impact: Customers cannot read the full Error/Warning/Information popup messages, due to the faded out quickly. Hi, I am receiving a JSON payload on an incoming request and so I have created a routing rule with type NONE_XML.I want to route this message based on the attribute values in payload. For example, only if the customer_id = abcd, i would like to handle this message else i am least concerned. Is there a way to define content based routing for this kind of scenario with incoming JSON payload.Any suggestions are much appreciated.  

Hi Expertsis there any way to Restrict (or Specify) which user can Register Purchase Order Arrival based on different  Parameters like Part,  Requisitioner , Purchase order or something like that? as far as I know when  a permission set has got access to Register Purchase Order Arrival is made and then that permission Set is assigned to a user, the user Can Register Purchase Order Arrival for all Purchase Orders, but I want to limit user’s Access so that he cant do same thing for all Purchase Order

Hi!Our users have noticed that in their previous version it was fine to receive from a shop order into an inbound location of type Production Line. It looks like it was still the case in the Apps 10 version we have access to, so it seems to have been introduced with the IFS Cloud version. Nowadays only Floor Stock and Picking locations are possible, wich will cause them pretty big changes in routines, since organizing the shop floor into production lines has been a key factor in controlling the reservation of material from the right locations. What motivates this change?/ Kenneth

Hello All, I know there’s no way to setup the alignment of data in a List lobby element, but I thought by default it should be aligned to the left.However, I have one list where the # of Opportunities is right aligned and it makes the Account Value quite difficult to read. This is how the fields are arranged in the element: Any ideas why some columns are right aligned and some others are left aligned? 

Hi all,We’re on Cloud 23R2.A question around the logical printers that aren’t connected to a physical printer.In Apps9 we have a logical printer - PDFEMAILER which isn’t connected to a physical printer. When the users print specific order reports to this printer, a custom event will pick it up and email the pdf to the external parties. This has been working fine. Now when I try to do the same in Cloud (an upgraded system from apps9), the print jobs go to Remote Working when I print to PDFEMAILER logical printer. If I print to a logical printer that has a connected network printer, it comes out fine and the job goes to state - Complete.  Printing to the standard no _printout printer too works fine where the job gets completed and the pdf gets archived. Things I’ve tried:Reinstall, restart PA, restart utility server (the server with PA installed) Create a new logical printer (without a connected physical printer) Restart reporting pods on mws Any ideas why? Is it because the mws or PA do

We have a Customer Order which has a Reservation, the Reservation triggers a Mobilisation Work Order to be Generated. We have a few Customer Orders where the reservation serial no needs to be amended but we cannot unreserve the CO due to the Linked Work Order and we are unable to Delete the WO as it is ‘Work Done’ with Time Transactions. How can we remove the WO linked to the CO so we can unreserve and reserve a new serial no?  

In the past, clicking option Release for Planning and defining wanted delivery date allowed to consider also sales quotations in MRP, that does not seem to be the case anymore.What else needs to be done to have SQ integrated in MRP planning?
