Hello, I am hoping for some guidance from the community. We are currently looking into creating % discounts to customers for all of their sales parts. I was looking through the help, and there seems to be numerous locations where sales part discounts can be applied, but I am not certain where the best place to set this up would be. Below is an example of what I’m hoping to do:1/1/24 - 12/31/24Customer A 2% discount on all Sales Parts1/1/24 - 12/31/24Customer B 1% discount on all Sales PartsAny guidance would be greatly appreciated. 

How do we rollback customer payments if they are incorrect?These have been raised through the Mixed Payment process and approved. But we have no option to rollback the Customer Payment when selecting the transaction. Thanks

I’m attempting to schedule an operation following an outside service operation. I want to schedule the operation to start as soon as the outside service operation is complete and there is capacity available.  The outside op has an 8 week lead time, but it was sent out 6 weeks ago and are expecting it back in 2 weeks. The PO attached to it for example has an arrival date of 8/12. The operation I want to schedule could start on the 15th.  When I schedule it as early as possible in APB, the system thinks it still needs a full 8 weeks, so the operation isn’t scheduled until 8 weeks from today. Can APB recognize arrival dates on outside service PO’s? Are there any solutions to scheduling shop orders with outside service operations? Thanks,Eric

I'd like to wish you all a very happy new year. I'm creating migration jobs for customer orders where I'd like them to retrieve as much information as possible automatically. At the moment, I only have 3 mandatory pieces of information to enter.   I'd like the order number to be entered automatically, based on the last existing order number. Is this possible? Where do I enter it? For the example, my last order number is "S23000005957".I'd like the order number to be automatically set to "S23000005958" when I run my job, and for the countdown to take place naturally. If I manually recreate an order, my number should be "S23000005959".

I can access the page when I log in with the IFSAPP-admin user in the navigation menu on the left, but I cannot access it when I log in with another user.For example, the Operation Statistics page. I checked the permission sets I didn't see any option for this or a related table.How can I bring this page to standard users?

Dear Hive Mind…Just looking for some information on the pros/cons/correct choice to make re Supply Chain Matrix, please. SC Matrix is not something we’ve used before so I’m doing some testing.  Our Distribution Calendar is a 5 day working week one.  We have no Supplier Calendar or External Transport Time set or any days against Route/Ship via etc.  Supp for PP record has leadtime entered (28 - as I undrestand ‘calendar days’) and Inspection Leadtime (4 - as I understand ‘working days’).  Calc Purchase Leadtime is run.   When I run MRP, there is no difference in the Latest Order Date result on the purchase req if I set up an Internal Transport Time on the Supply Chain Matrix for Site/from External Supplier or on the Supplier Chain Matrix for Supplier/to Demand Site.Is there a view as to which is the ‘correct’ way?  Any thoughts gratefully received!ThanksLinda

We installed IFS on the tablets. Employees in the production department will use it. Our goal is to open the interface that the user will use directly when running IFS.They will use the Shop Floor Workbench page as you see picture below.I don't want the employees to search for this page. This page will appear automatically when the program runs.There is a place to adjust this in the Options section. But I couldn't.

Hello, Has anyone else noticed that a few projections are missing from 23R1’s list that were previously in 22R2? We noticed that some projections, such as CustomerReceiptHandling is available in 22R2 but is gone in 23R1, which is causing issues for us since we are having issues with register arrivals and RMA processes. Has anyone else encountered this? and if so, what is the fix for this? Any and all advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Bryan

Hi Experts, I have created a object in my mobile user site and have tasks on that object.Mobile tasks are sync to mobile app.I have added user site to user IFSSERVICEENGAPP in “site per user”.And have added security groups for the permission set as following. But I can not see objects in here  or inside the task under object  Could you please advise me on what could go wrong? Thanks,Hesh

Hi, I couldn’t find a resource containing the information that we’re looking for, so I thought I’d log a question here.Our organization has a development and a production environment. We were wondering if there is a way for changes made in production to be automatically replicated on the development environment? In this case, we’re mostly wondering about changes that technicians may apply to singular Items, user profiles, etc. It would be great if those changes could be replicated in development automatically. Is there a feature for this? Does anyone have this set up? We are currently on version 11.2.3, soon to be updated to 11.7.2.
