We have an issue in IFS Aurena both 22r2 and 23r1 (not tested on other versions, I suppose it all version is impacted) on some client’s. We suspect it’s an issue when running the latest version of Chrome/Edge Version 116.0.xxxxxx When you have links in table windows clicking on the links is working expected, but from detailed windows link’s doesn't work when you click on it nothing happens. If you use RMB and choose open in new windows the link open’s in an new browser window without any issues.  

I have an error when i want to update a project transaction. Iam in the same projet team with the concerned employe.  Is there other thing please ? 

I am trying to log time for a Shop Order Operation through Time Registration in our development environment (note that this environment has not had a data refresh since March 9, 2023). I am trying to log time for this past Monday (4 days ago) but I am receiving a “The Date Applied of the transaction can not be a future date”. It seems that I can only enter time for todays date but I should be able to enter time for past dates. I noticed that this error is triggered when the current date (depending on the site) is less than ‘Date Applied’ during a creation of a Operation History record. Does anyone know where the ‘Date Applied’ field value is being pulled from when a Operation History record is created after a user has logged time successfully?

In Apps9, surveys that are used with MWO are defined under the “Surveys” in HR module. But in Apps10, they are defined in “Maintenance Surveys” screen in Aurena. When there is an upgrade from Apps9 to Apps10, we need to migrate the Surveys defined in Apps9 to Maintenance Surveys in Apps10. Is there any scripts written by R&D, that can be used to do this data migration from Apps9 to Apps10? 

As in the new release, the Supplier Shipmet was updated, I am wondering why on site lelvel the checkbox “Finalize Supplier Shipment Automatically” is still available?As supplier returns will now fully be proceeded throughout the Shipment (Source Type “Purchase Receipt Return):So why the overview “Supplier Shipment” and “Supplier Shipment Lines” are still available if it’s not usable? There is no way to generate a Supplier Shipment anymore.  

Is there a way to generate the leaves automatically in the beginning of the year. If there is a way, it would be great if the steps are mentioned.

I’m trying to navigate from a counter lobby element to the list of tasks. My navigation URL is:page/OverviewPagesNavigate/OverviewTasksPage?$filter=(((Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'New' or Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'Open' or Objstate eq IfsApp.OverviewPagesNavigateHandling.CcCaseTaskState'Completed')) AND TaskOwner eq $OWNER$) It works until I try to add a parameter for the “ AND TaskOwner eq $OWNER$)”. The parenthesis’ all line up and it looks right given the documenation, but when the link is clicked, it complains of a malformed URI. If you just close the dialog, the query appears in the advanced search box, and it works. But something just isn’t right there.

Hi,  We have added a custom LU and custom Page for user to add the Basic data, the same custom LU references to the custom field.  In the Published LU LOV is visible on the respective custom field, but when we go to LOV and Search further for the values, no columns are available for searching in the search dialog box.  we are on IFS10 UPD10.The Search window appears as below.  Are we missing something in the configuration?  Thanks L P Reddy 

Hi,All Process flow in a environment don’t work. (before they work well)We have this error in the windows logs :  Error in DBAdapter.ExecuteNonQuery: The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'sp_wf_rule_state_all', database 'SX-INT-DEMO15', schema 'dbo'.We give access to this stored procedure, but then we have this message :Error in DBAdapter.ExecuteNonQuery: Cannot find the object 'sp_wf_rule_state_all', because it does not exist or you do not have permission. Could you explain the meaning of this message or the resolution method ?thanks and regards

Greetings all - I was curious if any other IFS Cloud admins have had success configuring History Logging of HR Application Manager Access. I can navigate to the Supervisor - Access Setup page and filter for users with HR Application Manager Access, however, I would like the log to capture the date/time and user that granted or revoked the access for users. If you have been able to do this, please share some details regarding your History Log Configuration, please and thank you!  

Hello IFS community, I do not know what I am missing in the permission sets. I have an user that have access to the Voucher Entry under Accounting Rules>Voucher>Manual Voucher=> Voucher Entrybut now access under Financial>General Ledge=> Voucher Entry. The error show “Navigation target frmEntryVoucher is not to be found in the dictionary” when I search in the “Presentation Objects by Component” I can not find the frmEntryVoucher.  Any way how to provide the access the Voucher Entry under the Financial>General Ledge. ? I am using IFS10. Voucher Entry under => >Financials > General Ledge > Voucher EntryHow can I provide the access to this page? Full access under the > Accounting Rules > Voucher > Manual Voucher > Voucher ENtry Both Voucher Entry pages have the same objects:No results if I search by frmEntryVoucher 

Are there any users who have found that they needed to do additional configurations to the supplied Ubuntu machine provided from the Build Place? I have my Ubuntu machine running in a vSphere environment hosted internally and was assigned a hostname. I turned on the machine, ran the change_-hostname command to the correct name. From the Windows Management server, when I try to run the script ps> .\main.ps1 -resource 'KEY' I get a connection timeout where I cannot SSH to the ubuntu box. It could be a firewall issue, but this has not been the case with other customers in the past. Does anyone have any suggestions on configurations needed inside the VM?

Hello,In the Prepare Work Order screen on the Journal tab, IFS automatically tracks status changes for various things like Work Task, Work Order, and Work Task Steps. We are wanting to also track status changes for the material orders associated with work order on the Materials tab. We noticed in the Source column on the Journal tab that Material Order is a pre-defined source value. However, our system isn’t recording any status changes in the journal tab for material orders. Is there something else we have to set up to have this status change start tracking? Or is the Material Order source something different? We’re running Apps 10 update 13.Thanks,Evan Edwards

Please advise on how to resolve this problem. When attempting to enter or amend sick absences, we receive the following error message.  

Do you have a recommendation on how we can do the following in Cloud:Indicate that an existing part serial has been used or is re-furbished?   Specify on a sales quote, customer order or shop order that a refurbished part (non-serialized) is to be used to fulfill the order? Use different pricing for a non-serialized part based on whether or not it is un-used vs. refurbished? We currently create two part records for this purpose and add a suffix of -10 behind the part numbers that are refurbished. We’d prefer to only create one part record instead of two.For example, the un-used part number is 1234 and the refurbished part number is 1234-10. Users add the part with the -10 to orders to specify that a refurbished part is to be used to fulfill an order. We looked into Condition Codes but determined that we don’t want to use that option.  

We use the Time Clock and the Shop Floor workbench in IFS.  Our operators clock in on the Time Clock and then clock into and out of jobs on the shop floor workbench.Sometimes the operator is clocked into a job for several hours but the Duration is reported as zero.  What can cause this?  

Hi,We have encountered some cases where the calculated Total tax amount is wrong. It appears there is a standard process which added a “tax_round” line, for which an adjustment is done. Let’s take the case : For each line and for header : Total price line HT Tax rate TVA (calculated) Rounded TVA (2 digits) 118,13 20% 23,626 23,63 73,5 20% 14,7 14,7 219,38 20% 43,876 43,88 411,01   82,202 82,21         Header total price Tax rate TVA Rounded value 411,01 20% 82,202 82,2  The problem is that on the invoice, the adjustment seems to be done on the wrong way (adding one cent instead of subtracting it), and the result is wrong. Let’s see the invoice : Having a look on the database, we may have this issue on 2 columns (yellow ones) for which value is positive instead of negative. Where can I use the association category? We have seen it in the basic data but we have not seen a possibility to connect it to a document.

I have a customer that needs to have 2 price lists attached to them with the same parts associated with those price lists because the price of one is setup as OEM price and the other list is for wholesale price. How can I have 2 price lists setup for the same customer using the same sales parts different prices?Since I cannot add 2 pricelist per price group in the customer under the order tab using the same sales price group of ‘*’. It tells me the customer already has a price list setup already. Looking for ideas of how I can do this so the customer can still due sales based on how they are ordering the parts.I tried it with the customer price group also, setup the group as the customer # and tried to add the 2 price lists there and it gives me the same error there also ‘The Sales Price Group object already exists.’ which it does because the first one is ‘*’ and so is the 2nd price list.
