Community, Does any know aware that in IFS any shop order cost variance report that could be downloaded to Excel ? the screenshot below, the value ‘Calc Variance’ is the data we interested for each shop order. 

After editing/changing a translation for a custom attribute and refreshing the language cache, the translation still doesn't show up in the client. It may take several hours to appear.

Is there any restriction/limitation on the Supplier for Purchase Part window to add new documents?Trying to get the “New” button enabled, can use some helpful pointers. Followed the steps mentioned in the Enable attachments in IEE windows | IFS Community Granted the user with Document Administration permission sets. Users can attach new documents in other IFS screens, not in the Supplier for Purchase part. This brings the question, is there any special setup needed or any limitation (APP10 UPD16)

We successfully configured a print agent for IFS8 on a windows server and have been using it for several years. Occasionally, it will report that it is unable to connect to the URL of the application server, reporting that it is either not running or is not correctly configured. From that point on, we are unable to print anything from IFS.The application is running. The only way we have found to get printing working again is to stop and restart the ManagedServer1 process. Hi Team Greetings When we are trying to link advance invoice in manual supplier invoice to create an offset. We are getting a following error   On analysis, in Posting IP3, it is taking null value. If we add new posting control in IP3 with code part as currency, control type as country code. Still it does not work.Have any one seen such issues earlier?

Good day I am having an issue with my Passive Preventative Maintenance task time commitments. When tasks are created from a contract they have two time commitments: one for now, and a second for a future time commitment. The task should be scheduled for the future time commitment, not for the “Now” time commitment. When removing the “Now” commitment, it also removes the tasks from PSO (which show all tasks, but as unallocated).  Is there a way to remove the time commitment that is scheduled for the “Now” time, and only keep the time commitment for future time, when generating tasks from a contract?

Dear All, I was editting the Description of a Service Catalog item. But the ‘Save’ button did not appear. In order to save I had to click on a different Service Catalog record after which IFS gave a pop-up “You have unsaved items - do you like to save?” Off course I clicked save. So there is a very easy work around for the issue but this remains a bug, correct? I’m using 23R1 SU5. Was this bug already fixed in a late SU? Or does it still exist in later versions? Best RegardsRoel   

Hello Community I have seen  that It's not uncommon some reports are missing in Document Footer.The idea   has been raised to give the customers the ability to connect every report in the document footer screen in IFS. in the meantime, is there a way of configuring the footer of a report without having to customise the report with report designer or another tool? And i want also to  know why for some reports the standard ifs logo continues to appear even though we did this configuration t stup multi company for all reports :Upload your images to the “Report Images” page in AurenaCopy the exact “Image Name” from the fieldPaste the Image Name into the “Document Logotype” on the company It works for all our reports except for a few like SHPMNT_CONSOLID_PICK_LIST_REP. Which always keeps the ifs logo in the report.Is this something that can be modified by changing parameters on Aurena or do you have to use tools like report designer and edit the report? Thank you in advance for your help

In Aurena the Function at the Serial Object to send it back to inventory is disabled. What is the necessary configuration for the serial Object and the part catalog data set.I want get the additional menu item ‘Move serial Object to Inventory’ as shown in following picture:

Hi, in the mobility Edge completion screen, our customer would like the checkbox “Send email with report...” be only displayed, to prohibit technicians from unchecking this checkbox.As no moe exist for this and this checkbox is not available in the mobile customizer, do you know if this feature will be available shortly ? Hi All, Does anyone has any ideas why on the Print Invoice command there’s no possibility to write a condition on when that command should be visible?In the below screenshot you see that for Print Invoice command, the enabled field is a checkbox only whereas for the Reprint Original Duplicate command, the Enabled field also supports conditions.Current environment is 23R2.2. And I’m pretty sure this has changed from previous releases. In 22R2 I could write a condition in the Print Invoice command to only show for Invoices in status Preliminary.

Hello,in IFS Cloud 22R2, we have a property called ‘Editable Function’ in the Page Designer. I believe using this property, we can include conditions/parameters based on which the field will be marked either as Editable or Read-Only. But currently, it doesn’t allow us to add any conditions. Is there a specific scenario when we can use this property? Also, do we have any supporting documents or reference fields with this property enabled? Please let me know. Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia
