I have 2 dropdowns in mass update screen. I want to disable one of them based on a condition. How can I achieve that?

I am not familiar with conditional mass-update access, but…

Since the Mass-Update options are defined at screen level (Studio > UI Designer); you could consider creating a copy of the screen with just 1 of the 2 mass-update options, and controlling (through role > screen options) which users receive which screen.

@TDCANJANA

Hi,

I don’t think there is anyway to make that conditional.

Hi @TDCANJANA,

      I think this mass update screen is hard coded and you have to contact IFS support for this.

Thanks

@STRGoedhart Hi, which screen you are saying to copy? The ‘Mass Update’ screen?
