Hi Team,

 

Can some one explain in details how this works “ SORT ORDERS FOR SAVED SEARCHES IN WEB CLIENT” . As i tried to sort based on status or priority it dint work. 

Need some documents pls.

I just did some testing in version 25. I found that after you save your search, if open a new screen or do a web browser refresh then the web client is able to use the saved searches with the sorts.

Which screen is the search for?  Do other columns sort?

This is New functionality introduce in FSM6.26 version, So need more explanation
