Hi, We have a background job running for the internal EDI and MHS messages which runs every minute. But we cannot find where you can change the argument and change how often that this job runs.  Be much appreciated if some one was able to help.We have been unable to find this Background job in Database TaskDatabase ProcessDatabase Schedule 

HiIn the Dispatch Console Settings, we have the set up for “Assisted Dispatch” with 3 choices :next visit, next n hours, current shiftwhat is the scope of this setting  ? :  all activities allocated or assigned ?  only with the DSE ? Is the setting linked to others ? How does it works : if we set current shift : When the current shit will be dispatched ? what is the action : manual or automatic ?  Thanks and Regards anthony

Hello, We are currently using IFS Cloud, 22R2, how can we limit users from creating Credit/Correction invoices but grant that ability to others? We have granted read only access for CreditInvoiceHandling and the correction invoice projection, but users can still create these invoices. Thanks,Bryan

Failure Category & Fault Priority Field, are BASELINE defined by Fault Definition and not modifiable on ACTUALSFault Type field, is BASELINE & ACTUAL modifiableCan IFS advise is a Parent / Child relation between Failure Category & Failure type exist ? How IFS would recommend tio uses those type of fields with Fault Definition?And finalys how to set up Fault Priority to have them reflecting a priority according to the Fault Definition?

How to send body for qty_assigned value? I am sending request but oracle returns me that “QTY_ASSIGNED” is mendatory for CustomerOrderLine…How can I send the new “QtyAssigned” value to api?And I looked at the .svc file. there is no attr added with “QTY_ASSIGNED” Value as well.I am new at REST API. I am trying to build a user interaction workflow, but I’m having trouble displaying a longer Header in more than one line.Any ideas how this could be achieved? Hi, in a service order Activity, when the ETA date (field “estimated_dt”) is in the past, then when the techncian in mobility Edge click on the button “Start travel”, the activity ETA Date is automatically updated by the date when the technician has clicked on this button. What is the reason for this update ? (Our customer is in V15.4, it was already like this in V14). What are the other cases of an automatic updtate of the “estimated_dt”  field? I know that if you modify the ETA Date (field eta_date) in the header, and the “estimated_dt”  field was never modified by a user, then it is automatically updtated by the new value of the “eta_date” header field. Are there other cases ?Thanks

What is wrong? 

When raising an absence period for the future periods with carry over, it prevents the use of the limit in the current year for Absence Requests. Does a solution exist  that would allow limits to be raised a period in advance with carry over where you could still use the current period limit and consider the carry over again?

Hello,I am trying to find some newly created work task in the unassigned task section in my dispatch console but I am unable to find them.If I assign them however, I can see them in the assigned task section. 

When closing an accounting period we receive the Validation Transactions warning that there are External Supplier Invoices waiting to be created. But after thorough investigations we have come to the conclusion that all external incoming invoice messages are in the status Created, and so are all invoices in the External Supplier Invoices window. There are no failed external files.For the previous period there was no such warning message and if we close the following period there is no warning message either.We can only draw the conclusion that the warning message is wrong. But what triggers it?Any ideas?We are in the process of upgrading to IFS APPS 10 UPD 17. The issue is in our database for verifying the upgrade.
