Hi IFS Community,Referring to the video tutorial:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=103_y7_GAas&ab_channel=IFS ; We have set up Azure Active Directory as the identity provider in one of our remote IFS Cloud environments. However, when a user clicks on the button "Login with Azure AD", the below error message is prompted. (This is observed even before entering the user credentials to log in) IAM Identity Provider :-  Any suggestions on how to rectify this problem?Many thanks in advance.

Hi,In the Alliance 15.4 SU7, we still have the transaction : PSA Task Templates(we also have some other PSA transactions)I know that the PSA Center is not available, but I wonder if we have a risk to use this transaction only to define Task Templates.Some prospects or customers have “project management” activities and even if the PSA center is not available we could use this transaction to define templates, but we need to be sure that this transaction will not be decommissioned in a future update.Thanks and Regardsanthony

Hi Team,We have a few work orders without Jobs Template and Work tasks. Due to that, we cannot identify the source Ref / Origin for which these WOs are created (PM action, Work request, Service request, Service Quotation, etc..)How can we know what source created the WOs without job tasks and templates?Is there any field/tab/window for that?Thank you

Hello Good Folks in the Community,I’ve encountered an issue where “Project Transactions” created off of direct inventory issues to a Project Activity, doesn’t fetch the “Sales Price” from a “Specific Sales Prices” defined against the same Project. Environment - Apps 10Version - UPD 12See the following scenario: The Project in question has a “Specific Sales Price” (with a mark up %) defined against a “Material” type Report code (as highlighted in screenshot below) in “Project Setup Parameters” > “Pricing” tab. However, after Issuing some “Parts” against a Project Activity and execute the “Create Project Transaction” command in “Project Materials and Services” page resulting dialog box shows me that my “Internal Price” (Part Cost x Qty) is as same as the “Sales Price” (despite having a Specific Sales Price defined in the Project). Consequently the resulting “Project Transaction” has the “Internal Price” as the “Sales Price”, but i am expecting the Sales Price to be “Internal Price” x

Specifically, I am seeking clarification on whether it is feasible to relocate a serial object while in the "Observe the Service Object 360" page view, with 0 Active Requests and 0 Active Work Tasks, but with 1(1) Contract and 1(1) Recurring Program, as indicated in the attached Service Object 360 page.Despite numerous attempts, I encountered difficulty in moving the object, with an error message stating, "Service lines connected to this Object or its structure are already used in a Work Order or a PM action and cannot be deleted." To address this, I navigated to the relevant "Recurring Service Program" and adjusted the statuses of all requests to "Closed". Hi IFS Community, We have two remote instances named UAT and PROD. We are currently on IFS Cloud 22R2 SU5. The SFTP reader/sender is configured on UAT environment and public/private key-based authentication is set up between the middle-tier cluster and the SFTP server. The SFTP reader and the sender was working without any issues since the initial setup was completed.Recently we performed a database refresh on UAT using the PROD database backup. Hi,Recently jumped from 5.7 to 6u23. I’m looking at specific functions in our business to get them to move away from the Smart Client to the Web Client. One function loads a custom Product screen and in the Smart Client its sound, but the Web Client is showing the following error. Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'childLists') First of all any idea’s what the root cause of that issue might be?Secondly to self review issues like this, does the web client write back to any logs anywhere to be able to go and check? RegardsAdy

Hi, I have Custom Field on Customer -page, Invoice -tab, which value should be entered to Customer Order -page, to another Custom Field. Trigger should be on Customer Order page, when I create new customer order and enter customer id.I have created Workflow, that “Project Action Information” has:  ​​​Workflow’s inspection shows the correct value, but when I try create new Customer Order, enter customer id, the value does not appear to Customer Order -page’s Custom Field.What may be the problem? I’ve checked debugger IFS creates “GetDefaults...” -call when applying Customer ID to Customer Order -page.

I have successfully been using an “App password” and SMTP AUTH with no problems up until about 2 weeks ago. I have made no changes or updates to FSM and the user account is still active and able to send emails through Outlook.Does anyone know why this may have happened and also are there any instruction on setting up OAUTH & SMTP with O365 in FSM

Any idea why Taxbase amount & Tax currency base amount showing 0 for tax code with deductibility 0%. I have observed this behavior after upgrading to IFS10 UPd19, UPD7 it was okay. we were having value updated in Taxbase amount & Tax currency base amount and non deductible tax amount. 

Is it possible to check my entire production output quantity in the inspection plan with data type Categorical? In other words, to have an entry for each piece in my shop order that I can set to ok or not ok? Same as in the data type Variable?   

Is there a facility in IFS Aurena to send a direct message to a user? It should then be visible in NotifyMe (and the user should be alerted by a ping). I remember using it before but I can’t find it now.

Hi community,we are looking for help to set up the work calendars in FSM to use the calendar exceptions also in PSO.Out goal is to assign different calendars to different users to manage the calendar exceptions for different regions in different countrys.For example: Hollidays in different regions of a country should be stored in different calendars which will assigned to the related users.In PSO these exceptions should be displayed and used for the scheduling.For now we set up four different calendars in FSM and assigned them to the related users. In PSO we only see the calendar exceptions which are set up up in the person records of the users.Any ideas whats missing or needed to get this runnig?ThanksBenjamin

Hello IFS Community!In this workflow we have a 4-Level Intersite PO:What we call “the Order Desk” (L1) The Product Line in USA (L2) The Product Line in Canada (L3)  The manufacturing facility (L4)Going into the details as to why the PO matrix is structured that way would be going on a tangent, and to make this post as short as possible (is likely going to be long anyways as the problem is not easy to be described) I’m going to concentrate on our issue.Take this PO for example (where you can see the 4 levels stacked up nicely in the Supply Chain Customer Order Analysis screen)Our issue can be summed up like this: after releasing a L1 CO, IFS goes and automatically creates subsequent Level 2 CO and PO, Level 3 CO and PO and Level 4 CO and Shop Order (where the component really gets manufactured) for us. After that, eventually the work gets done, Shop Order is Closed, items are shipped to customer, the Level 4 CO Invoiced, etc, etc. So far so good.And then the problem looms: in one (and o
