I’m building a custom external integration for IFS Cloud, using the OData REST APIs. I have some projections that seem to be working fine, for example, if I specify a valid CustomerId to this endpoint, https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/CustomersHandling.svc/CustomerInfoSet(CustomerId='VALID-ID'), I get valid data back. However, I have some projections that are always returning ODP_RESOURCE_NOTFOUND. For example, I’ve tried a variety of ways to get the data for a Shipment. https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShipmentHandling.svc/ShipmentSet(ShipmentId=1) and https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShipmentsHandling.svc/Reference_Shipment(ShipmentId=1), even tried getting the overview list of shipments using https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/ShipmentsHandling.svc/OverviewShipmentSet, but that returns this:{  "@odata.context": "https://<our-cloud-url>/main/ifsapplicati

We have checklists set up at the order level that are working great, however, I would like to create a checklist at the Activity level, ideally based on the stop code of the activity. However, I have been unable to get the activity checklist to populate automatically, we seem to have to add it manually. Are there different steps for this to work on an activity level checklist? Or is automation an option?

Hi, The business I'm employed by is considering the purchase of Project MRP (or pMRP) to compliment our existing packages (IFS Apps 10 and APB).   However, it's not entirely clear what additional features pMRP provides (and the problems this tackles that the 'stock' planning tools can't).   Can you please outline its key contributions to production planning or at least some information with respect to it. I can't find any detailed resources online for reference.   Many thanks, Jay

Hi Experts,I have a problem with the Repaircenter baseline screen in FSM 6U27.When I click the search button in the Repaircenter screen, it takes nearly 1 minute to show the results. Additionally, if I click on one of the Repaircenter records, it takes nearly 2 minutes to enter the screen. Sometimes, the application is unresponsive when I attempt to enter the Repaircenter record.I have captured the XML query when clicking the search button in Repaircenter, and I have attached the XML.Currently, in my system, the repair_center_view has 80457 records. Can we categorize this as an indexing problem?

As of 22R2, a Downtime clocking can be started without providing a Downtime Cause. At what point in the production clocking/reporting process is it required to have a value in the Downtime Cause field, e.g., a value must be entered before ‘X’ occurs or before ‘X’ can happen. What is ‘X’?This field cannot remain blank forever, or can it?

We are upgrading to cloud and we read a community post that hinted that IFS was making customer change their app owner names from a custom name defined in the interface to IFSAPP. Is this true? If not is this “recommended”? Does IFS support have a standard document that would guide us in the right direction in making a decision? Our technical resource said that when he was running the pre-scripts that he was able to modify them to account for our custom app owner name. If it helps we are going to be a remote installation (on-prem).

Hello everyone!I’m having trouble to create a quick report. I’m having an error message saying that my SQL expression is wrong, even though it runs on PLSQL developer and it runs on the SQL query tool.I even created an IAL, that works on both methods I’ve mentioned, exepct when I try to save it as a quick report Here is the query I’m trying to save as a quick report:SELECT FUR.IDENTITY AS USUARIO, UF.COMPANY AS EMPRESA, UGMF.USER_GROUP AS GRUPO_USUARIO, CASE WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'AC' THEN 'FINANCEIRO' WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'CB' THEN 'CONTABILIDADE' WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'FS' THEN 'FISCAL' WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'FT' THEN 'FATURAMENTO' WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'GR' THEN 'GERAL' WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'LG' THEN 'LOGISTICA' WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'TR' THEN 'TESOURARIA' WHEN UGMF.USER_GROUP = 'YE' THEN 'FECHAMENTO ANUAL'

HelloHow can I display the functional/serial objects in the MWO application? Is there a specific setting for this

Hi ALl, Working in 23R1 and I noticed some strange behaviour.I created a Work Order from a Customer Order using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Service Request’. Once the Work Order was created I could go from CO to WO by using ‘Related Pages’ > ‘Connected Work Orders’. But strangely enough, as soon as the WO goes into status ‘Released’, you can no longer navigate from the CO to the WO because the ‘Connected Work Orders’ link is no longer present. It is replaced with ‘Service Request’ again. (see printscreens below). I am happy that there is a possibility to connect a second WO to my CO, but not so happy with the fact that the possibility to easily navigate from CO to Wo is now gone as soon as my WO becomes ‘Released’. Is this intended behaviour or a bug? Looking forward to any feedback on this. Best RegardsRoel printscreens:Customer Order S9000042 with possibility to navigate to WO through ‘Connected Work Orders’ List of connected Work OrdersChecking Connected Work Order ‘68’ with the approp

We are trying to make our Functional Object ID (aka mch_code) be an auto incremented field.  Does anyone know how to do this or if it is at all possible?  Maybe with control - datasource or something in Page Designer?  I am not having much luck looking for help or examples in existing posts.
