DIFOT (Delivery in Full On TIme) is a measurement of logistics or delivery performance within a supply chain. Usually expressed as a percentage, it measures whether the supply chain was able to deliver: the expected product in the quantity ordered by the customer at the place agreed by the customer at the time expected by the customer.

Has a requirement for the Tracking / measurement of DIFOTIS come up and how was this addressed in IFS ?

@AntonioInfoConsulting all the data that you would need to calculate this indicator can easily be found in IFS:

  • customer wanted delivery date
  • shipment date
  • delivery terms (DAP - deliver at place)

So, I guess someone would just need to write a report to collect all the relevant datapoint and calculate the DIFOT indicator.

We have Apps9 and use the ‘Statistics’ views - Delivery Statistics for POs, and Delivery Reliability - Details Statistics for COs.  We added some custom fields to calculate late/ontime - comparing Actual vs Promised dates and have developed our own lobby with various this month/last month/rolling 12 month graphs
