Granted user permissions for the projection, and they are part the Accounts Payable finance user group. Are there other reasons why all of the potential Matching Methods options below are grayed out?

What projections are granted for the permission set? Make sure you assigned SupplierOffsetProposalsHandling projection. Also entity actions NewOffsetProposalVirtual must be granted.
