Is the option to duplicate a line on the Outside Operation Cost screen not available?
If so, is there any way to enable this functionality?
We have a user requesting this feature. I have tested using an account with full access rights, but the option still does not appear to be available.

Outside Operation Cost screen is meant to update the subcontract operation cost only.
It is not possible to add/duplicate the record here, since system automatically creates the record once business user adds the routing operation with external work center.
