I wonder if anyone has experience with ALLIANCE 15.4 in e-invoicing within ALLIANCE ?
Could you please give us how you manage that ?
We are especially interested using UBL format (or Factur-X / CII). I saw a post on that but it was on IFS cloud.
Any advice ?

I am not aware of any functionality in Astea Alliance to support e-invoicing which is sending/receiving invoices in structured digital format (XML/UBL, etc.) instead of PDF/paper, often directly integrated with tax authorities or networks.
As you are aware, this product is now in a life-cycle phase where new functionality will not be developed for the standard product through the remaining lifetime of the product.
Anything to support such functionality should be handled through a customization code change and/or perhaps interfacing the invoice data from Astea Alliance to another system which DOES handle e-invoicing. However, this will not be developed within Astea Alliance itself.

The Pre-Installation Planning and Procedures Guide.pdf should be on one of your installed environments as a standard document. This describes the technical requirements for the application.
The SU13 release notes are contained within the upgrade package for SU13 zip package which was sent to your company. Please note, I would consider upgrading to SU14 being the latest release rather than SU13.
