Thank you for confirming it is not possible without deleting and recreation. Hopefully, one day it may be a standard feature to set a preferred order of the parameters in the lobby page.
+1You can Export them as XML and then modify the xml to have the correct order and then inport it again.
this will be easy to modify by using for instance VS code you can just move the lines.
