Hi All, seeking suggestions here.

I am having Pack of 100 (PACK100) as my Purchase UOM and Each as my Inventory UOM for my purchase part as supplier only send pack of 100 and I am breaking it down to each after receiving.

When I raise a Purchase requisition requesting 150 for the part when converting it to a Purchase order Qty will update as 1.5 of packs. But ideally supplier would send 2 packs. Does IFS has any out of the box function to set a standard size in this kind of a scenario to pick automatically 2 since the supplier is provide packs of 100.

Any help highly appreciated.

Purchase Requisition

Purchase order

Thanks,

Chamath

Leave the units of measure as you have them and set the Qty Calc Rounding to zero on the Supplier for Purchase Part.

Hi Chamath,

Setting the Pack100 to the UoM type Discrete should fix this.
In the example below pcs (lower case) are not discrete and is possible to register a quantity of 1.5 using this. However, PCS (upper case) are discrete and a the need of 1,5 PCS would register as 2 PCS .
