Hi Experts

I just need to mention first that I am not a technician. Please excuse me for the simple explanation.

I was wondering if it is possible to send an E-invoice (customer invoice) with the attached document. This means can IFS CLOUD send out an E-invoice with an embedded PDF document? is there in IFS a transformer available?

Hi @bytsophan

what kind of e invoice (EDI, just PDF etc.) to you want to provide?

And how do you want to provide it, email, FTP etc.?

Hi Link

I just created a testcase and saw that the PDF is automatically embedded into the xml file.

attached you will see an example in the TAG “Attachments”. In order to send a Json file I used the following transformer. In my Testcase i used the FTP server. In a real live i will then use a rest_sender.

Sorry for this wierd explanation. i am not very familiar with the technical terms.

OK, this is the FINVOICE format.

Did you import the file from your DMS system?

All in all this is the right way if you want to import it to IFS.

Hi Link

this is the outflow of invoice. Basically i am creating an interface with a 3th party provider for sending outgoing invoices due to the german e-invoice regulation from starting from 01.01.2025.
