In some customer process, you can make a swap and keep the bad part in your van.
Is-it possible for a technician to see this part in Bad status in you inventory ?
Could we have a MOE to manage : Bad and Good display in mobile edge ?
This feature could avoid “to forget” a part in your inventory because it’s not displayed in a screen.

We don’t have a MOE that controls this functionality at the moment, I think the Inventory module actually shows all of the ‘Usable’ parts (there’s a checkbox on the Inventory Types module in Alliance where you specify whether a particular inventory type is considered usable or not), so that change would need to be done as a small customization I suppose. Does the bad part show in the Material Order module in your scenario(s)? Is there a ship list open to get the part repaired? Or is it being returned to some other warehouse?
