I had this answer from Jonas in IFS Service Center - Solved my issue
When you login to the IFS Service Center, it does remember the password you tried to enter the last time, so please use Incognito mode the first time you login in with the new password.
So please try incognito mode within Chrome, click the 3 dots to the top right of the browser and then ’New Incognito window’.

Second page enter your business e-mail again and your new password
