Hi All,Does anybody know, what is the requirement of ‘Mobile User Type’ field , when Creating a mobile resource in IFS cloud.In IFS cloud 2 separate apps are in use and still is it necessary to set if the resource is Field service or Asset management? Will there be any consequences if this kept blank while setting up  mobile resource?  Thanks!/Nethmi

Hi, Trying to turn on some funktionality that is now diabled. I need to understand how this works.

When I opened Solution Manager > Touch Apps > Configuration > Apps for Page Designer > Service Engineer > My Work and checked the element Expense Card I saw the following:I have some other fields modified via the Page Designer for this element (and others), however I've never encountered a field of which the field labels where striked through.Anyone an idea what is the idea behind this? What does it give as a hint?We recently updated from IFS10 upd 11 to IFS10.14.21.0mWO App version is 1.9The field Cost_Amount is still available in the Entity Details (if I look at that via IEE)

I would like to use the "Salvage Part" function in "Shop Order Multilevel Repair Structure" of "Repair Shop Order". What kind of settings do I need? Detail：I would like to use the "Salvage Part" function of the "Repair Shop Order" to store the parts removed from the product.Using IFS Cloud,　1. Create "CRO Repair" from the "Component Repair Order" screen　↓　2. Release "Repair Shop Order" on the "CRO Repair" screen　↓　3. Check "Shop Order Multilevel Repair Structure" from the "Shop Order (= Repair Shop Order)" screen. My problem is that in 3, the product components are not displayed in the "Salvage Part" of the "Shop Order Multilevel Repair Structure".What do I need to do to display the components here and store them?  

Hey, is there any administration documentation for TouchApps TimeTracker 2.1.10 for Apps9 for setup within IFS? I’m looking for information on the Admin menu (see screenshot). I have it installed and can login via my android, but there are so many nuances. I tried the link from the configuration console, and it gives me a 404 error (see screenshot). I looked through all the questions on here, and only found two power points for end-users. (An introduction for end-users and a user guide for end-users; see screen shot). I looked at the information in the Foundation documentation, but it’s generalized (see screen shot). I couldn’t find any admin information at all, not just for version 2.1.10. All help is appreciated!

Hi EveryOne.Could someone help how can I find the Mywork list fields (not the detail)?I need to include the Belongs To field. Is it possible. If yes, How can I reference the parent object?There is just the object ID.I couldn’d find it in the Mywork page. Just the comandgroups. The contents are empty.Tks a lot.  

Does anyone know of any way to make the Customer PO Number field (CUSTOMER_PO_NO) mandatory when converting a Sales Quotation to a Customer Order in Apps10? The relevant field on the Create Order from Quotation pop up cannot be made mandatory but our customer requires this to be completed at all times as this is good business practice. If the field is set to mandatory on the Customer Order, when using the Quote to Order process, even creating the CO in a Planned status does not force the Customer PO Number to be entered on release. 

Hi AllIn MWO we use surveys for questions before Work Started, or before Completing a work task.  These surveys include mandatory steps that should be completed before the Work Task is reported.  If the user is not able to provide a proper answer then they should not be allowed to report in the task.  These tasks are set as Terminating Questions in the survey, but when a user answers these, they are still taken to the Report in page.Is it possible to set it up so that if a user enters Terminating answer they are taken back to the Work Details rather than being allowed to continue to report in?

I have a Freight Charge (charges tab) on a Customer Order that is tied to a Work Order that I need to credit.  Since it is tied to a Work Order, I cant create a freight credit easily in IFS.  I can create a freight credit through the Work Order but it would push to the order lines tab.  I need this credit to be placed on the charges tab. Has anyone encountered this or have a suggestion? Thank You

Hello,My user encounters the following error:It occurs from the My tasks list and trying to open one of them.mWO has been initialized several times, no positive results.There are no errors in log books on the device.Installed app is version: This is on Windows installed mWOThe same is true for iOS (same version id)

Maps attachment panel does not appear in the client anywhere at the moment. I need it to connect map possitions to mwo so I first tried to connect it to prepare work order window in IEE. I have added MapPosition^ to ActiveSeparate LU in Object Connections I refreshed cache and tried restarting the client a couple of times. But the Map panel doesn’t seem to apear. But when I remove and re-add the other options in Object Connection, like media library those panels get removed and re-added right away.

In Apps 10 - CRO Functionality - Repair Order Type - Work OrderCRO is connected to Service Type, Contract ID, Line (Part Service).Costs accumulated in the work order generated for repair is not reflecting in Analysis Tab in the Service Contract.Sales Line Generated in CRO order also does not update the in the Service Contract / Analysis Tab.  

Good Afternoon,Can anyone advise if their is a functionality within the Mobile Work Order App for the user to attach multiple documents? The example I have is where an engineer has to return a ticked checklist to show he has followed a specific process. At present the engineer is using the CAMSCAN option on their phones, then emailing the doc back to the office, however this is not linked to the assigned Mobile Work Order. Is there an option available where the user can scan multiple documents and attach to their Work Order? Many thanks for any assistance you can offer. Regards Dave

In previous versions RMB option Copy/Paste function was available, in document attachment plugin where the user copies a bunch of document references from one object to another. But in APP10 version it is not available.
