After entering the needed data on the Service Request, the “Next” button is not active. This used to be active. Anyone knows why this is not active and how to change this?

The attachment is not clear enough to identify whether you have added data in all the mandatory fields. Have you added ‘Short Description’ and ‘Maint Org’ fields in Fault Detail section or any other fields defined as mandatory via page designer? Until you add those ‘Next’ button will not be active.

Thanks Yasanthi for your reply. Please see attached screenshots. I believe I complete mandatory fields unless there are hidden fields. I follow the same steps as two weeks ago when this used to work. Could there be a settings change?
In UPD 8 there is a patch if don't have SCH360 component installed to this issue. However, you can use page designer as a workaround (create a new local context). May be you have done some change in the context recently. You may raise a support case if you need to get that patch.
