Hi All.

I’m facing a failed transaction if the user report time in action tab before acept or start work, after report time, the user can cancel and this is causing the failed transaction bellow.

Could someone help with this situation?

I understand if the status is still assigned or accepted, the app should not allow to report time since the work has not started.

Using apps10 UPD14, mwo maintenance 10

Work still assigned

Time reported, no failed transaction

Failed after cancel the assignment in mobile.

Hi @lopespetro,  Good finding. Yes I can see a problem here. In server side it is not allowed to cancel the Work Assignment when Transactions exist, so end up as FT.

We can’t block time report until work start as we need to record travel time too. Also engineers can report time for activities before work start.

After start travel we can incomplete instead of cancel. But before start travel only option is to cancel and we have a problem when already time reported.

Please raise this as LCS case. We’ll try to find a good solution.

Cheers,

B

Hi @Bandula , Tks for the explanation. I’m rainsing a LCS case.

I think it should be applied also for the task step, what you think?

It’s possible to change task step status and write a remark even in Assigned status.

We have same behaviour in EE (out side mobile) We’ll look into this. Please include your findings to the case.
