Hi Team,I get below error when trying to transfer a work task to a mobile user (for all users), in sync task logs. If I init the device I get the work task and also any updates on the work task from device update backend without any issue.Looking at below error thinking that it has something to do with custom events and fields, disable all belongs to LUs JtExecutionInstance,JtTask,MobileWorkOrder and ResourceActivity, still no luck.Anyone seen this before ? have I miss any setup ?Your feedback is highly appreciated.//Sending push entity data failed: Fetching data from database failed - Failed executing query (ORA-00904: "A1"."CF$_YES_OR_NO_DB": invalid identifier)//Regards,Roshan

I’m looking for a way to display multiple user’s Assignments calendar in Aurena (IFSAPP10).In the Calendar function under Maintenance Engineer>My Assignments>Calendar there is a calendar where a schedule is shown for my user only. I’d like to see all service engineer’s schedules/tasks somewhere for coordination purposes. Is this available in somewhere in Aurena?We are using the Service Contract module only (No FSM).  

HiI am attempting to update our TAS from Apps 10 UPD15 to UPD18. The IFS Help states the following which I followed:Upgrade of an existing IFS Touch Apps Server installation is done by running the IFS Touch Apps Server installer. Take a safe copy of the web.config file before upgrading.When running the installer to upgrade an existing installation, you may need to enter connection information for the existing database. You may also need to re-enter the port number of the Touch Apps Server IIS site.I copied the exact same TAS settings as it previously had, but I now have two sites in IIS with the same name; i’m guessing this shouldn’t happen?!Any guidance would be appreciated RegardsShaun

Hi Team,I tried to hide above field (individually or with other connected fields to the item class) using page designer for apps. Dear All,  I am trying to receive an RMA but I get this error message:The mobile application on the IFS10 was recently installed. The error does not occur on all RMA’s (I’ve identified 2 RMA’s as a problem - they use the same part number). I have tested with other RMA’s and they work fine.The part in question is a serialized part. best RegardsRoel

My friends of the Community,At the step (2) of the help part certificates, it states ‘’to print Query (F3) for the relevant work order, right-click and click Print Part Certification Form. Hello, my friends of the Community,I have been dealing with this issue for a while. I did many different test to check if different configurations would lead to different results, but it never did. I have not been able to quote additional items in Maintenance Orders (MO) when it was previously connected and released to a Service Quotation (SQ) at its Header. The normal flow of a maintenance is to cast the initial work scope, its quotation that will be connected to a SQ and release. In that case, release of both of MO and SQ. When I connect the SQ of the Header of the MO, meaning that all the items will be included on it. Later on, additional items will show up either due to non routines or due to opportunity. What I am experience is the difficulty of not being able to quote those additional items included in the MO.For the additional items, I would expect to be able to connect them into a SQ using the RMB at the right side of the MO screen, with the M

Is there a single report that includes all Maintenance Events: Scheduled, Life Limit, AD/SB… showing last performed and next due maintenances in it? The closest I see is the Serial Maintenance, but I need to navigate from tab to tab to get a whole view and last performed maintenance is in a complete separated tab.I need also to see maintenance for the Serials installed, in case they have their own Maintenance Program. That is the customary way of presenting the maintenance report to Brazilian Authority and, in the need to see any detail, a filter is applied, not the contrary.

Dear Community, I registered a new Serial with manufacture date on 1/Mar/2019. I should enter two operational logs to go ahead with my maintenance tests on 1/Feb/2021 and 2023 respectively. However, I mistakenly entered for the first log the totals for the second entry, what would scrape my test.I looked for some way to undo it. There was the edit feature allowing me to blank the field and re-enter the correct values, but I was never able to save them.Although I could easily register a new part to go on with my test, which I ended up doing, I was wondering if that occurred with an actual record, for which that get away would not be possible. Hi Team,We have a requirement to see breaks in mWO. Technician can take break and can finishes the break in mWO. It should be initiated in mWO and to be displayed in Schedule Workbench in PSO. Could you please guide me how to enable/configure  the same. Regards,RR

Hello Formidable Team,I am facing issues with resource allocation. The ultimate goal of this test is to see if a tool becomes unavailable once set to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. But before I dealt with the maintenance side, I checked if I registered the resources properly.If I start the allocation with the 'Filter by Available Resource' flag unchecked, I can see the three tools I registered for this Work Order (WO) available for selection. Once I check this option, all three tools go away. I opened only one VIM WO after registering the tools, so the unavailability does not come from other allocations. There is no EQUIPMENT WO open for tool repair or preventive maintenance. Why do they not show up in the allocation table?At the resource navigator, we can select the calendar to be used by the Resource Group. I did not see any effect in choosing the two options loaded in the system, the default calendar and the Maintenance Calendar, which is 8:00 to 12:00, 1

Hi,Is there any baseline feature in Cloud which validates and auto completes a Work Order when its respective Work Tasks are completed/cancelled from either Cloud or mWO Service? Similarly, complete a Work Task when its corresponding Work Assignments are completed/incompleted/cancelled from either Cloud or mWO Service? Hi, everyoneWe have a situation where the user created a wrong time report with over 200h appointed.I reopened the WO and tried to delete it by removing the cost line as we would normally do, but we can’t delete it because the Transaction Status is Transferred  What do I need to do to delete this time report? Thank you

Hello Dream Team,I am going through two relatively large Maintenance Orders to experience the ELS characteristics. The two are very similar except that, for the second, I wanted to try subtasks how IFS would be like (Pics OM 1 and 2).The repeating subtask belongs to tasks that go into the same WO. So, as an additional step, I went into MRO and Fleet Operations\Heavy Maintenance Execution\Work Order Management\Work Order Structure and used the Set WO Master/Duplicate command to optimize it (Pic 3).I am repeating the same process to move forward quickly throughout the WO:Alocate resources. Release WO. Set technicians status to Work Started. Pick Materials. Set tecnicians status to Finished. Anotate Action Taken. Do the inspector Sign Off (Mechanic Sign Off occurs when I set the respective technician status to Finished. Set the materials as Non Invoiceable. Set the Work Task

Hi,In IFS Cloud, I’ve created a Survey with Workflow Type as ‘Work Assignment’ and added it to a Workflow Configuration with Configuration Type as ‘Work Task’.In Workflow Configuration, selected the Mandatory option for Surveys as shown below.In mWO Service, I’ve added answered the Survey questions and while trying to Complete the Work Assignment, I get the below error. If I uncheck the Mandatory option, I do not get this error. Shouldn’t it check if the user has already answered the Survey at least once and allow to Complete/Incomplete/Cancel the Assignment?Kind RegardsPriyanka Cecilia
