An MWO is processing tickets and received the above failed transactions.
what could responsible for this kind of failed transactions and how do we prevent it?

Could you add a screenshot of the Failed Transaction please? difficult to tell the problem with just the error - although the error does sound easy enough to explain, some transaction has been processed and some basic data to do with the default delivery address is not configured correctly
