Hi Experts,
In Above app when we generate service report, we can see all the reporting details including Tech/Cust signatures, which is great. However, one of our IFS customers who started to use ServiceEng app, has their own customers do not sign, until they see the invoicing amounts, after technician do the service (That is their normal practice). As we know we don’t have sales information in this app, we cannot display sales amounts in the service report.
I wonder how such scenarios are mapped who uses ServiceEng app without any modifications? Any thoughts or have similar experience pls share.
