Good Afternoon All, 

 

 

I’ve created a workflow configuration, linked the maintenance survey and set the maintenance survey to trigger upon work start. 

 

When I transfer the work order & task to the mobile,  start the job.  The survey doesn’t appear nor does it show in the eforms section. 

 

I also tried in the technician portal and had the same issue.  This is within IFSCLOUD 

 

Any support/feedback appreciated 

Does the rest of the workflow apply? Can you see “Configuration Applied” in mWO? Have you defined a site (and maint org) in the access tab for the workflow? Have you entered any criteria in the filter tab?
