Good Afternoon All,
I’ve created a workflow configuration, linked the maintenance survey and set the maintenance survey to trigger upon work start.
When I transfer the work order & task to the mobile, start the job. The survey doesn’t appear nor does it show in the eforms section.
I also tried in the technician portal and had the same issue. This is within IFSCLOUD
Any support/feedback appreciated
