Hi,

 

In Customer PRD environment (IFS Cloud) we have identified that Push is not enabled for two users.

 

Do you know the reason for this? How can we enable push sync for these users.

Try to switch OFF/ON push notifications from the device platform settings for the IFS app. May be that’s disabled already? This is enabled at the time you activate the device. So reactivate the device can also trigger this again.
