One of our Customer’s said they want to Cancel/Close a Customer Order which was created through a Work Order - SM Connection Check box ‘Ticked’ in the Header Level. The Order don’t have any lines at the moment.

When they try to Cancel the Header, the system presents some dialog boxes (see below example Screenshots. When trying to Close, it appears to work, but nothing happens - Last Screenshot). they tends to believe that it is possible to Cancel/Close the Order despite the SM Connection (subjected to those conditions mentioned in the dialog boxes of course). 

Is Cancelling a Customer Order with SM Connection at all possible? If yes, under what conditions?
