We did introduce something similar, which allows "Chatting with your documents" in 24R2. It's limited though, to 200 documents. The reason is that it was supposed to be used in the context of FMECA only, initially. This restriction might be removed, or we might raise the limit or introduce something similar to get a broader document search capability. The feature, as it currently works, has no access control. So once you make a document available for search in your company, anyone in that company with access to IFS.ai Copilot will be able to find it by searching/chatting.
