Assistance Required to Resolve Test Connection Errors in SSIS IFSCloud BI

I am encountering the following errors while testing connections in SSIS during the Power BI infrastructure setup in Azure for Self-Hosted BI.

  • ORA-12170: TNS timeout occurred

I have verified that there is no issue with connecting to the IFSINFO user.

  • Connection to MSOLAP failed:

Errors in the OLE DB provider. Unable to obtain an authentication token using the credentials provided.
The script returned a failure result.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Could you please help me resolve these issues? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The issue has been resolved by implementing the correct network rules and VNETs.

Hi ​@jzouaoui If you are using a firewall or network control list, you need to whitelist or allow the Oracle port between your BI resource and the IFS Cloud database server.
