Hi Experts,If we look at request task materials tab, we have options(supply code) to add an invent order or purchase order (or shipment), however, in mWO we don’t have these options, only an inventory order register in back office for purchase inventory parts. Is there any setting to change this ? or any plans to add these options to MWO ?. Because, in previous version (work order) we had the option to add a purchase requisition in mWO but not in request task ?Can someone shed some light on above please?Thank you,Roshan 

Hi Experts,I get above error when I try to open a survey (either on a state change such as start or even connect the survey to resource) from a request task. I narrow down to a very simple survey with a single question and a configuration of type person resource.Could this be a bug ? or is there any setting restricting the survey sync to the device?Thank you,Roshan 

Hello, it is possible to add new CF as API in Inventory Part? The default place for this CF is in Transport Task? Because if I add this CF in Inventory Part, it says that CF is not valid.  Exist some modules which cant be connected? Thanks

Hi is there a method to transform an inventory stock part from planning method A to planning method K after we use this inventory part into already closed shop order? 

Over a week ago we released a new design for the Mobile App.On one of the screens we added a new field. Since the new design has been live users have been downloading it.However a user has downloaded it today and a field that has been added isn’t visible on the screen.It appears they have downloaded part of the design, as the validation rule is there in terms of wanting the value to be set in the field. The field is a simple combo box, however it is not showing on their UI. What could have caused this?

Hi All, When I’m trying to report a work that I have done via New Work in MWO, a work order is created in the back office (web client) in Fault Report status. Also, no work task is created. Nothing can be seen in the Completed work in MWO home page. Ideally, a work order and a work task should be created with Status=WorkDone, and anassignment for the MWO user with Status=Completed.   All other three options are working as expected. What can be the reasons? TIA.

Hello IFS Community, We currently face an issue where our team has modified Operations after “Ship WIP” has been done on an outside operation. In the meantime, the operation was received and paid. Now we cannot correct it retroactively.  At the moment I think the solution would be to “reverse WIP Shipment” and reverse the shipment of the difference. As soon as I click on the field to change that value, the “ok” button goes gray. If I simply click “oK” then it gives me the error below:   Since the PO is paid I’m afraid im cornered and I cannot bring the Outside Operation to a status “Closed”.  Any help here would be apreciated. 

Hello IFS community, Under the Purchase Requisition Lines, there are fields labeled Order Ref1, Order Ref2, and Order Ref3. From other pages, I know that Order Ref2 corresponds to the Line No and Order Ref3 to the Release No. However, could you tell me what Order Ref1 refers to? I’m certain it isn’t the PO No, as that field already exists in the Purchase Requisition Lines.Additionally, in previous versions of IFS, you could press F1 or access the Help menu to see definitions and explanations about fields. Is there a similar feature in IFS Cloud for quick field definitions?

All, The banking institution has requested the <InstrId > be shorten to 10 characters.  It seems that “12495” payment run ID and the “/1” should be a unique value without the date.  Is it possible to drop the date from the <InstrId> field?   How can this be accomplished?   We are on Apps10 UPD22.  The ISO20022 format is pain.001.001.03.    Sincerely, Mark 

Is it possible to make the Resolve Failure Code not mandatory in Service Orders with a Time and Material Contracts, only mandatory for service Orders with a Customer Contract ? Now we have selected “Never” to be always mandatory.What do the selections highlighted in yellow below mean, how works the functionality of those 2 selections? IFS Cloud 24R2;The scenario is such that there is a Business Opportunity for an Account and this is driven by a Consulting firm, I wish to add this Consulting firm as a Contact on the Business Opportunity. I have created a new Business Opportunity using the following steps :1.Using the New Business Opportunity wizard 2.Added Mandatory Description , selected and Account and Currency3.Viewed the Business Opportunity4.In the Contacts section, I have added a new contact 5.Selected an Account whose Category is ‘Other’6.Selected a Contact for that Account7.Application prompt - Do you want to add this account into related accounts - selected yes8.Contact line and Related Accounts line is populated correctly. Problem :When I go into the Account Contact screen for the additional contact I added, the Business Oppotunity section does not show the Business Opportunity to which this Contact was added.In addition, when I press the Connect Command Button and attempt to link the Business Opportunity,

Hi,The database task “Generate Timrep Intervals and Hours” should also automatically generate the results for deviation absences, as described in the community post below: I could not figure out why, the results for the deviation absence im my case is not getting created.The system shows, that the day has a deviation absence active. However, the background job has not generated anything for this case (Public holiday compensation and other functionalities work fine) .Any hint to the right direction is highly appreciated :)KR,Anny

Hello community,When trying to navigate to source from GL Balance Drill Down, it is trying to navigate to below path. I have read other posts on the community saying that BR system parameters must be set up with URL etc. However the parameter is removed from the page. I have read BR system parameters on the online documentation and it says basically the parameter is moved to system parameters and must be entered there.https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/24r1/050_reporting/256_br_and_a/030_business_reporter/032_br_configuration/021_br_system_params/#url_navigation When I check the System Url parameter on the mentioned page the value is correct. Do you have any suggestion or alternative solution?
