In the technical documentation it is possible to download the "Entity Changes" excel list to use when upgrading.

It is only a list from the current version from the previous so you need to have one list per step you upgrade.
Technical documentation for IFS Cloud is only available from 22R2 at the moment so it is not possible to get the list for the first versions of IFS Cloud.
We are upgrading from Apps9 to IFS Cloud so we can only download:
From 9--> to 10
From 22R1 --> to 24R2
We miss the steps between Apps10 --> 22R1
How do we get hold of the entity changes between those versions?

Hi
we have made some changes in Techdoc for Entity Change document as requested.
These changes will be available in Technical documentation with next SU release (15th of May) in 24R2, 24R1, 23R2, 23R1 and for 25R1 track by 29th of May.

If you find the missing entity changes, is it possible to send them to me before updating the documentation? I have two customers needing this information ASAP since they are in the middle of upgrading their configurations.
