Hi all,I created a customer order as SEO from work order.Then i created a resource into work order task, then allocated and reported them. So i see the automatilcally added lines as sales object at “Sales” tab, but i can’t transfer these lines with state “Invoiceable” to customer order when i created at the start on work order level.What i am missing, let me know please. Does it not support to transfer sales object to customer order simply like older versions?Note: Version 24.1 and cost type: “Personnel”Thanks.

Hi,when using a standard dimension/fact item as a report parameter, relevant context substitution variables will be visible to choose as the default value.However, when a QIS is created based on an IAL, this is not possible. Here, the DIM_COMPANY dimensions was connected to the QIS from custom dimension connections oage.  Is this a framework limitation? Hi, what’s the easiest method to update the prices of certain characteristics? We have a configuration price list. There is a charachteristic ‘Color’, with the option ‘Yellow’. Let’s say we want to increase the price of the Yellow in every price list with 2%, how can this be done? I don’t see the same logic as with the base price update and the corresponding update of the price lists, as the charecterics are not in the base price? Thanks!

I am having some trouble using the cash flow exposure feature in IFS. I may have setup something wrong, but the immediate concern is that I am getting an error message in the update cash flow analysis snapshot background job.When I run the update cash flow analysis snapshot - I choose company A.The error message is: PaymentTerm.NOPAYTERMEXIST: Payment Term is not defined for the Supplier 30322 for Company A                    ORA-20105: CfaUpdateUtility.ORA-20105 This supplier is not setup for this company. When I setup the payment terms for this supplier, I received an error for another supplier that isn’t setup for company A.  Cash flow analysis snapshot setup:  Analysis Details Cash Flow source (I am looking to create a cash flow analysis of our payables only) Any help would be appreciated. Here are the setting I used on the Cash Flow Exposure popup:

We are new to Aurena (Apps10) so this feels like a noob question but…I am searching through all Customer Invoices for a specific Customer and Aurena is only showing me 24 records. I know from using the export to excel function there are 585.Despite looking through the various search and filter options I can see no way to page through the rest of the records or, better still, return all records so I can scroll through (this would be easy in EE). Am I missing something?  

Is anyone aware of a way to export the IFS navigator to for example Excel?

We are running IFSAPPS9 and have deployed “work center-defined” timeclock terminals on the floor. We use only one time clock type and all employees that use it have the Timeclock User checkbox checked within Employment/General tab.  All work center users have been granted the same permission sets. This doesn’t happen with all employees.  Please refer to the error message attached for an employee that clicked the Clock In button on the terminal.  All timeclock employees also have the REG_NO_AUTH Role Id.  Is this a user profile issue or access issue?

I don’t know if I don’t understand the process or there’s a bug, but when I set up SFM for a simple function such as exhaust in the example of this procedure with two causes for the same component, it acts really weird:It duplicated one of the causes when there are two different ones set up.  (I even redid them from scratch to make sure I didn’t mess up) When you select a template that has two causes for one component, it highlights both, but only brings in the one template that applies to both. Where do the values such as Function, Type, Cause, and Component end up on the work order/Work Task?  These are valuable KPIs.Attached is the write up for a customer I’m working on.  They really want to use SFM.@Mayura Wasantha - I know you’re crazy busy, but who can help me with this? 

We are currently using IFS app 9 and some of the users do use the Simple Data migration Tool. So they use xls files to load data into IFS. Now I'm looking for a similar tool in IFS Cloud and was going through different threads in this community. It seems the future is available in 24R2, but I cannot find any comfirmation on this.  Can anyone tell if it is yet availbale? 

Hello experts,I created a workflow for ManualSupplierInvoiceAssistantHandling, which fetches property INVOICE_DESC from supplier > invoice section and replace the invoice voucher text with the fetched value. I am triggering with process enrichment right after ValidateInvoiceHeader(Objkey):VoidHere I must send my special thanks to @dsj for his blog :) When I inspect with end user, the workflow works. When I test with IFSAPP on the test environment, the text is updated successfully on the Manual Supplier Invoice. However, on PROD with the end user, the manual supplier invoice is not getting updated although the workflow is triggered  Here is workflow call after ValidateInvoiceHeader. I checked the permission sets and all looks good to me. Can you maybe comment where I should look more?   Thanks

Dear Community, Amazon Business offer an ERP intergration (they call it punchout) which allow to intergrate Amazon Business function to ERP. That means that user log in to IFS Could, have an Link/Icon which navigate to Amazon Business where user can purchase specific products with business account. Does somebody have experience with that punchout/integration of Amazon Business?Thanks for feedback.regards Sebastian

We are upgrading to Cloud from Apps10, and found while testing functionality that we could not post a Manual Supplier Invoice without unchecking this box. (it was checked in Apps10 and did not have this issue)Just want to make sure that there are no unforeseen repercussions to unchecking this box.We do not use posting proposals...and post each invoice as it is created.

There are Swedish tranlations availablie for accounts in the system, but I still only get them in English.Is there some setting or parameter I can pass to the API to select a different translation? Best regards   

We are upgrading to Cloud 24R2 from Apps10 and I have been asked about the NEW look to Customer 360.  Previously the employee could populate customers to view if a potential customer was actually already present in the system.The functionality of the new Cloud Customer 360 does not allow for that and you need to type in the customer id, not select from the populated customers.I know that other people have had to have this issue, how has it been handled?  Suggestions? 

I have a workflow where I am retrieving results from an IFS API. I have the results in a collection variable, but am finding it difficult to iterate through it to pull out the value I need. How do you create a loop to iterate through the collection (EquipmentFunctionalSet_Set)?

The daily values of the theoretical capacity for the future can be seen in the Capacity tab in the Work Center.Where can I see the theoretical capacity of Work Centers or Manufacturing Labor Classes of the past days, weeks and months?We need the value for a productivity analysis.Thank you :-)

Hello, I have an invoice that was posted and has a voucher # but I cannot find this voucher in the GL. I think it’s stuck somewhere but I don’t how to check where it is stuck. It is not sitting in Customer invoices with errors. Screenshot that this voucher is not in the GL:

Hi all,Working with the Dispatch Console i have  created one DataSet with one Service Organisation and 4 Delivery Units (relating with geographical places in the country).I want to assign a unassigned task (Delivery Unit A) to an engineer from the same delivery unit. However, the system allows me to assign the task to an engineer from another delivery unit:Is it a possibility to not allow the scheduler to assign a task with a delivery unit to an engineer from another delivery unit?  Thanks in advance.Regards,Irene
