Hi AllOne of our project Directors tries to authorize a POCO which was changed to a negative delta amount and he's getting the the error Insufficient privileges error message. This is how the applicable rule looks like: He previously succesfully authorized the PO, now only getting the error in POCO. What could be the reason? This is 24.1.1

 When adding a reference field, the link provided doesn’t work to navigate to the proper page. When clicking on the Order No we go toAnd when clicking on the customer_no we go the customer page with no filter  The entity is configured as follows :    and some times, the refrence field doesn’t show a link and is show as plain unedited text. any idea why? Thank you in advance any help would be apretiated ​@kamnlk ​@dsj 

In Apps10 how can I keep the sticky notes visible but not editable? I have tried to “grant query” on the presentation object EE_NOTES_CONFIG. But I can still edit.And if I do not grant EE_NOTES_CONFIG at all, the notes are not visible.I have tried it also in combination with the activity ManageNotes granted or not. But with no luck. The presentation object sais Read Only Allowed. So why is it not working? Thank you!Catherine

Hi,For a customer process, we would like to scan a barcode upon the transaction Miscellaneous Receive to receive many parts serialized (more than 100 line for a Reception).This transaction is not available in the warehouse mobile.Could you know a way to do that ?Chrome extension working with Alliance ?external application ou webapp working with Miscellaneous Receive ?Thanks and Regards anthony

Hey all !  Just wondering if there is a way to restrict Force wrap up on certain agents ? 

We are having issued with Microsoft New Outlook - when there is more than one attachment in an email and the user want to save them, the new Outlook automatically Zips the file when they save attachments.  When a user then adds one of these attachments e.g. in PDF format to IFS, it cannot be viewed.     Is anyone else having this type of issue?

I rebooted Application VM from working TEST environment.After reboot, I checked status of unix mws-svr.sh and here I see all components in status RUNNING, but starting IFS EE gives time-out after entering logon info.Database VM has no problems, since I can query using PLSQL.IFS System Monitoring shows normalIFS Middleware Server Admin Console opens, but shows no running serversWhen you ask details, you need to wait some time and get an errorDoes anyone has a solution for this behavior?

I just went through a successful upgrade from IEE to 23r2 deployed On PremI have the provided IFS_INVENTORY, IFS_SALES, IFS_CRM, and IFS_PRODUCTION_PERFORMANCE models deployed for Data Mart and scheduled.I scheduled my Data Mart Refresh Category, Data Load, and Model Processing in a db task chain, these execute successfully, and I see my logs in both data and process runs.For some reason I don't see any data past the day I did the initial data load in SQL Server, the data is fresh in the MVT and BI tables.Can someone assist with this, if so, please let me know if more information is needed from me?

Hello everyone,I wanted to ask if anyone here has any experience with the local package for China. I wanted to make adjustments in the China Fiancial Report Setup (add a line). But no matter what I try, I keep getting the error message ‘Field [VERSION_DESC] is mandatory for *C Income Statement and requires a value’. But there is a value in the field (a different one than in the original setup, of course). 😔Have any of you ever had this problem?Thanks for your support.Screen Original SetUp Version 1Screen new, Version 2 DescriptionLine 6 is new.   

Is there a way to configure a replenishment order such that it auto submits and creates the resulting RPLO IMOs, or is there an API command/macro that we can execute on a process flow to submit an open Replenishment Order?

Hello,Currently we are using IFS Cloud and our customer invoices dont have the Prepay and Add charge that is added to our shipments. We use the invoice report to create invoices, not the collective invoice, which did have the PPA charge appear on the invoice.How can we fix this? We currently have create customer invoice set as a batch job but will switching to the create shipment invoice fix this issue? or does the shipment invoice have different fields/parameters as the customer invoice? We dont want to lose the charges and the original information the customer invoice has

Hi, With plsql_rest_sender_api.call_rest_endpoint_empty_body I can send the response to the callback function. However, I couldn’t do it with “plsql_rest_sender_api.call_rest_endpoint”. The common callback function returns an error in the second chain of the routing rule. Is there a place in the system where the total weight of a handling unit and it’s contents are displayed?  I put a bunch of material into a drum and the handling unit label sums it up, but I can’t find anywhere in the system where that weight is available.IFS 10 UPD9

Greetings! I am trying to add a part number in a certain configuration structure in IFS 10 but I keep getting this error, “Phase in Date of this component conflicts with parent revision date range.” The part number has a phase in date of 06/24/2024 and the phase in date of the configuration structure I want to put it in has a phase in date of 08/03/2023 and does not have a phase out date. Not sure why it won’t let me add the part number

IFS Cloud 24R1When creating a Lead from the Lead screen, the default language is blank and needs to be selected from a list. The expectation was to have this value defined from the default language settings on the User and Person records but this does not happen.Is there a way to default the language to be ‘English’ ?

Is there a defined location where we can get the Project Template files for Data Migration Manager for the latest release?  The training says it is recommended to use them, but as Partners I cant see where we would get them from.There is a topic where someone has kindly shared the files for 22r1 But this is now out of date as 23r1 has been released.It would be preferred if these template files were made available in a known place for Partners so we can use them in our Customer Projects.In the meantime, can anyone share the 23r1 Project Template?Gareth

Hi all, Currently trying to sync some users into an IFS Cloud environment through Azure User Provisioning and ideally we dont want the Person record to be created along with the User. Does anyone know of a way this can be done - if possible? I’ve tried un-mapping the person attributes in Azure however, it errors saying that X attribute is needed for creation of the Person record. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Hey Community,we set up standard calculation for purchase parts in a way that material costs are calculated based on average purchase price. Therefore, we set up a separate Cost Template, with separate Cost Bucket and an cost Element for Material Overhead (with rate for Material OVH).With this setup, if we calculated the purchase part itself, only Material Costs are calculated. If we calculated the manufactured part where the purchase part is used (in structure), IFS included the Material ovh in the calculation of the manufactured part. That works fine for us.Question is, we have also trading goods. For that kind of parts we set up separate Cost Template, with separate cost Buckets and Cost Element. Since that kind of parts are also purchase parts, settings are same like for purchase parts we use for manufacturing. Based on that, we never get an Material OVH calculated since that part are not used in manufacturing. But this is what we want for trading goods.So, how to set up costing fo
