Is there somewhere that lists errors and gives a resolution to that error.I’m a new user and I get an error pop up every now and then. IFS Cloud tells me I have an error but not how to fix it.For example:  

HiWe are trying to install and use IFS Report Designer on a server on our network to connect to our hosted IFS environment. We have a VPN tunnel between our data centre and our hosted environment.Note we are on on IFS APPS10 Hosted but not IFS Cloud.I have been able to install the client but when trying to connect I get the error below:“You don’t have enough privileges to invoke this method” I’ve raised with IFS Support who have advised me to ask the Community.Has anyone seen this error before or can advise as it’s not clear what privileges? - For our hosted environment do we need particular access to the server (e.g. IFS Citrix) to run this? - We have VPN connection to the server but not sure if this is enough to access what we need? - Are there any other things we need to look at (certificates/IFS permissions etc.)? I’ve tried logging in as both IFSAPP and IFSADMIN.Any thoughts welcomed.

Is it possible to Pre-posting against the object (both functional & Serial) so it will automatically fetch to WO when object is connected?

Hello dearest community, I have a question regarding the Work Task Filters i.r.w. IFSAPPS10 vs Aurena. To give a bit of context, a couple of years back we started using IFS as ERP. Currently we are moving maintenance to IFS as well. However, it has been announced we will be moving to Aurena in about a year or so. Furthermore another site abroad already implemented maintenance in IFSAPPS10. To prevent confusion on implementing Aurena we decided to directly start using Aurena for maintenance purposes. But Aurena is a bit funny at certain times. One of the differences we have found is the missing of “My Work” in Aurena. Fortunately we have found the “Technician Portals > Maintenance Engineer” which acts and seems to work the same. However, the application of Work Task Filters does not seem to work in Aurena. My client wanna distribute the cost incurred by marketing team according to proportion of revenue account based on the product group, I have no issue to configure the steps in PCA for this.  However  I have problem to setting the steps for cost incurred by cost centre Finance (ie salary, travelling expenditure) which they wanna distribute it equally to 5 product groups in the same GL account.  How can it be done through PCA?

We have a few nodes we no longer want to use - but if we try to delete we get a message saying:  I can not find an option for flagging a node as obsolete.Is there a sure-fire way to make sure a node can not be used?

We are getting below warning message all of a sudden when registering absence. “Authorized absence request will generate balance AHOL. You might exceed the allowed values for this balance, resulting in shortenning or removing of the absence.” Does anyone know what that means and how to stop prompting this? Thank you!

I've been searching both the community and Google for a clear process on setting up the CRM Companion app in IFS Apps 10. While I've found some Aurena documentation, I haven't come across anything related to IEE. Does anyone have any useful resources for this?

Is there a way to have FSM-Appointment-Booked activities in PSO labeled “Booked” or with a different color/colour to regular allocated activities? We would like to visually display which activities in PSO have been appointment booked from FSM.

Hi All,On a custom screen (Type: Standard ) with a Linked Screen configured. You get a ‘List’ button, on the bottom of the screen.However, the baseline screens of the FSM mobile app have a count included (e.g. List (2)). Which is missing on a custom screen (see image). Does someone knowns how to add the count?  

Hello - We have a process where some of our suppliers are paid via credit card, which we want to process the true invoice through the system, but then will receive an invoice from the credit card company which will reduce cash.  We want the payment of the supplier invoice to hit a liability account, not the cash account, but we do not know how to set it up to work that way. We have a different payment method for this type of transaction, but how do we get it to DR AP, CR Liability account at PAYMENT of these invoices. 

Hi,I’m planning to import App10 saved searches of the users into IFS cloud instance. As the formats are different in two versions, I want to de serialize the saved search conditions saved in the fndrr_client_profile_value of the app 10 database. They are currently serialized in to the xml tag <SERIALIZED_CONDITION>.Is there a way to de serialize and view these saved searches? I tried few options but nothing worked.ThanksRoshanga

I have a Global Code that has the code value and description. I want to be able to display both the code value and description. I understand I can have 2 initiative ID fields, 1 display the code value while the other displays the description, but how would the initiative description be written to the database?Is there a way to have a field populated based on a drop down in UI Designer?

Hi, I create a customized field in Service order, i want to add this customized field to the xml schema in Process Flow outbound message. But the Customized field is not visible to select in the schema. My already existing cst fields are visible, but the new create field not. Must i refresh a service to see the new customized field in the schema to select it? I try it on a existing outbound message schema and in a new created outbound message. in both the new cst field is not visible. ThanksRobin

I have the following counter lobby element navigation to shop orders screen:  When Navigating, it is passing the $[ORDER_NO] navigation filter parameter as null:  Any thoughts on how to fix this? or why the $[ORDER_NO] parameter is being passed as null?Thanks,

I have been working for several months to upgrade our databases from 12c to 19c, but I am stuck on a particular issue that I cannot seem to resolve. I chose the manual method (expdp/impdp) as this is what is endorsed by IFS and recommended by the consultants. I now in the expression field i can write now() to get today’s date but how will I get a date which 7days in future.   Please help me here.
