I am facing issue in the change order for PO yy07530, we need to cancel line 1 of this order, but am getting the attached error.
How can we resolve this.

Project Activity is in Completed status, it is not allowed to add any new objects or remove any existing objects. Please revert the Activity status to Released and then check.
