Hi,

I was wondering if anyone had ever encountered this type error (please, see screenshot below) with the Return Travel action on MWO Service. 

 


The transactions type Travel (On Route)  and Work are recorded correctly, but "Return travel" (after completion of the task) generates the previous failed transaction. 

 

 

Can anyone please help me?

Hi Stefania,

To my knowledge, this is an isse caused by some new validations introduced through a bug fix in Tech portals in WO \Work Task area. 

This has been corrected by fix /fixes later. 

Which track /SU are you on ?

It seems, the fix for case CS0219803 has caused the issue in 24.1 - SU 1.

This has been corrected in 24.1 - SU3. ( and all other relevant tracks )

​@Uthpala do we know if all related failed message transactions are fixed in this?

 

we have a client who faces this issue and the errors are usually related to task status being changed outside of the work flow (which isnt happening because the MWO user doesnt have access to do this)

For example

If you are experienceing this issue still , would you be able to raise  a support issue. It may need further investigation to find out the reason for this.
