24R2.  I have a Shipment that resulted from one Shipment Order where both Sender and Receiver of Type = Site.  I used the Create Consolidated Pick List for Shipment process to try to create pick lists by Storage Zone.  It does not create any pick lists, but the background process also does not fail.  If I use Customer Order instead of Shipment Order, same lines, same process, the pick lists are created.

We utilize Cloud 22R2 and we utilize logical printers for certain reports.  When we have these print jobs go to a few specific BizHub type printers the local printer is requiring the selection of paper size.  Is there a setting somewhere within the Cloud Logical Printer set up to select paper size to be letter?   

Hi,Is there a way to print an address without the blank lines.  I am producing an email which includes the delivery address but looks un tidy because of the blank rows in the address.  I am using an event  with plsql code. Thanks

Hi, we just made the leap from IFS MRO to IFS9 (huge jump).  In the IFS9 help it seems to say that when a WO is in released and the operation is released you should be able to do a RMB on the operation line and finish that operation out.  However we do not seem to get any status for the operation other than Release (when WO is released) and then Cancel.  When we RMB the close out is never an option.  Is there some other setup we are missing to allow this to close out this way?  We can finish the ops from the header when the WO gets Finished.  BUT we need to close operations 1 at a time and not all at the same time.  Thanks for any insight!!!

We are seeking a solution to the creation of material purchase requisitions directly from the Shop Order Materials tab within the IFS Application. This essential functionality is currently Not Available is the IFS Application, At present, users are required to manually input material requirements through the Purchase Requisition screen, which can be time-consuming.  and the function of “MRP” is available, however there is a connection between the “demands” and “supply” so a user cannot identify if his required materials have been ordered or not.Can we do it functionally or configuration?By adding the material purchase requisition creation process to the Shop Order Materials tab, the requisition would be linked to the shop order making it user-friendly and have accurate tracking of purchases to shop order. This will help to streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ultimately improve productivity.Thanks

Hi, In designing lobbies in IFS Cloud we could use variable substitutions such as ‘#START_OF_THIS_WEEK#’. I encountered an issue when we use these variables in WHERE conditions with - (days). e.g.  if we have a criteria to take the date before the start of the week, I would think that this would work. ‘#START_OF_THIS_WEEK#’ -1 but we ended up here with the following error. but, if we use the database method to retrieve the same value here. it works fine.  Am I doing something wrong with the use of these substitution variables? or is this a bug? If we use the variables alone they works fine.  

Is there any way in which you can trace which purchase order lines have been raised against specific material requisitions?  I can trace a purchase order line back to the purchase requisition but there doesn’t seem to be a link back to the demand source of that purchase requisition.

Hi, I’m trying to set up use of Employee Cards to register employee attendance clockings in IFS 10 IEE via Time Clock. As an example, I’ve set up the employee/person with the Card No. below, and set up the card parameters to match (I think): The time clock detail for the button is set to Card Driven Execution, but when I attempt to scan a barcode (with characters 0000001590) using a barcode reader after clicking “In”, nothing changes and the terminal still reads “Clock In: Swipe the Card.” However, if I use a standalone time clock client, I get an error saying “Employee    not a time clock user.” Scanning the barcode into a text document or other fields in IFS gives the expected result (0000001590). Unfortunately, the debug menu shows nothing when I click the button or attempt to scan the barcode. Has anyone else encountered this behavior or a workaround for it?

I'm facing a challenge while trying to append an MD5 hash value to payment order files after performing an initial format transformation (for SEPADD format) in IFS Cloud 23.2 My current setup has two routing addresses connected to a single routing rule: Core Transformer(XSL Transformer) Connected Routing Address: Handles the SEPADD file transformation.   MD5 Transformer(Java Transformer) Connected Routing Address: Appends the MD5 hash to the file content.   The problem is that the MD5 transformer only receives the receipt response/Message response from the core transformer, rather than the fully transformed file content. According to the documentation, some address types only pass the receipt instead of the transformed output. Does anyone have experience handling this kind of transformation sequence? Is there an alternative routing strategy or configuration that ensures the MD5 transformer receives the fully transformed file content?

Hi,Trying to get my head around inbound integration from a 3rd Party.I have an sample inbound message (Screen shot below) the 3rd Party can send us. I’d like to receive the data and then map it to a single custom table taking the relevant data points that have been passed.  Is that possible to do? Or would I have to create a custom table for each object i.e. carData, deviceData and then into the functions?Ideally I have data_table and column_a, column_b etc and use the mapping to obtain the data I need. Any help if anyone has done something similar would be appreciated. Cheers Ady

I have configured the routing rule and the address as required, but I encounter an error during file reading related to routing rule identification.I suspect that the issue may require adding a location-based condition. I am looking to include some custom fields into a part search LOV from the Purchase Requisition, but I cannot find it in the page designer, would anyone have any idea how I can find this page to add my custom field? This overlays search, not the Purchase Requisition lines. 

We have an approval routing tied to the Service Contract.  From the Approvals tab, select Object Details and receiver error that “Object Details for Multiple LUs is not allowed.”I see only one LU, ScServiceContract.  Do you think it is a bug? Thanks Patrick

Hello,I’m getting the following error when I try to approve a project that is copied from another project that has an activity start date of 2/24/25.  Strangely enough, I don’t get this error is I use a project start date of 2/3/25.  The financial project exists after I approve and the Finance tab of the project has values..  Please help if you can.   

Hi all, I’m working on the implementation of IFS GIS Map and during the presentation of the functionalities the Client raised some questions:Is the IFS GIS Map integrated only with ESRI's ArcGIS, or can another GIS service be used? According to the documentation and API, I believe it only supports ArcGIS. The Client is requesting a clear answer. The layers and maps created in ArcGIS are published on the server and accessed by the IFS GIS Map web application through REST APIs and URLs. How does data synchronization occur if there are updates to the map or layers? The Client's main concern is whether there is an impact if the ArcGIS server goes offline. Is this dependency present? For this initial work, I created an ArcGIS Online Trial - Creator user. After this period, a new trial account must be created, and there are restrictions regarding the email and organization used. Does IFS have an ArcGIS license with a standard user for this type of activity, similar to the Owner user of the d
