 Hello IFS Community,We are encountering the following error message when attempting to create a customer order:"ORA-20111: CustOrdCustomer.ORDERATTR: Customer ZZZZ has no delivery address with order-specific attributes specified." Error: No delivery address with order specific attributes specified | IFS Community I have reviewed a similar issue discussed in the topic, "Error: No delivery address with order-specific attributes specified" on the IFS Community, which suggested a potential solution. However, the key difference is that we are using IFS Cloud.For Customer ZZZZ, we have both a delivery address and a document address configured. Despite this, we are unable to create customer orders for this specific customer.Has anyone else experienced this issue in IFS Cloud? If so, could you share the steps or solution that worked for you?

Hi, in a service order, in the back-office application, we can add a digital signature. The signature is then attached to the SV.But the attachement type is “image”, not “signature” like when signature comes from mobility (only classification1 is “signature”)  Is this normal ?

Hi All,I am facing below situation and I found a workaround for this but I am wondering whether it is the right path for this. I believe customers and partners who implemented export control can help me to understand this one. My customer is based in UK and using export control and they have the same part that they sell to customers in other countries and also sells to customers in UK. So ideally, customer expects to see below.If the End user customer is from any other country other than Australia, export control restriction should kicks in and valid license should be needed to connect.  If the sale end user is with in Australia, Export control restriction should not be kicked in. And IFS should allow the process the customer order without any issues.But in the 2nd scenario that I mentioned. I cannot get my head around it.We are setting the Export controlled to Yes on the Master part record. So basically this means, part is export controlled irrespective of the customer based location

We need to adjust the average cost of a large number of items in a couple of cost domains.I have found the manual mechanism to do this in Cost Manual Adjustment, but I haven’t found a way to do this through API or Import.I tried creating a custom import template, but it requires cost_log and cost_log_xref to provide the necessary information, and there is a 1 BO + main limitation. Do I need to do this in two steps? Is there anything out of the box I can use to make bulk cost adjustments?

Hello, We have the following scenario in PSO. Normally, all activities are fixed to a planned start time and to a resource.When I want to change the resource per Drag and Drop, I always have to fix the start time. For example, in the screenshot below, it should be 10:00 (this is the planned time coming from IFS Cloud) and I have to correct the 10:07. I know this can be solved by using the “Edit” option instead of Drag and Drop, but the dispatcher would like to use the Drag and Drop functionality and in the same time avoid correcting the hour, since they will have to do a lot of manual changes in a day and they have to be very quick.Is there any way to make this process easier and faster for the dispatcher? Thank you very much,Iulia

Hello, Any ideas why I don’t get any Voucher Type in the loV when I try to run Clear Revenue Cost Balances: I did:my user is part of YE user group run preliminary Year End created voucher type YE1voucher type YE1 - ledger 00 - connected to YE usergroup via  But still I don’t get any value in the Voucher Type LoV. Normally, a document can't be Checked In after the status has been changed to Released. Therefore, the requirement is that, the status should not be able to be set to Released without a document being Checked In”. Can this be done from application? I know this can be done through a custom event. But I want to know whether this can be setup through document basic data or may be through document default values screen? Please advise.  

Hi!I have created saved search to hide some inactive work types. I can separately here choose this saved search but when choosing three dots from the Work type menu the whole long list with  comes up. Is there any way to put also the same saved search as default to the next pop up window? 

Hello!We want to add a Markdown text (with a guideline to end users) in page designer, and we wish to format the text and/or the background. TechDocs has a limited description of Markdown Text with regards to formatting, but in the example from page Balance Transfer Log, the markdown has yellow background: However, when I am using page designer to add markdown text, I dont have any other options than to alter the text itself - no formatting options.Are there any possibilites for formatting the text and/or background - and if so - how?Best regards,Henning

Is there a way to track a user acknowledging review of a new document revision?  We store our procedures in Doc Management.  When we revise a procedure, we need a method to track that users have been given the new procedure and have read it.We are in Apps 10 UPD9.

Hi, Does anyone know if it’s possible in IFS10 to import and Finvoice xml file with posting information to IFS. I have tested by adding these additional tags to the invoice file but IFS seems to be ignoring those. I get the invoice in but the posting iformation I included in the file is not to be found in IFS , expect to find it in external supplier Invoice Posting Information

Has anyone experienced an issue where a user adds a shortcut to their navigator, save their profile and then upon their next login it disappears? I also have had users report that they’ll add a column to a table view of a screen, save their profile and that also disappears upon their next login.

We have a scenario where a business has expired stock and they wish to perform an Inventory Control Plan to re-test this stock, prior to potentially updating the expiration date. However, when we create the Inventory Analysis, we are unable to populate the Lot/Batch record and receive an error ‘Inventory analysis cannot be updated. No available quantity exists in the Lot XXXXXX for Part No Y in Site Z’ The only way around this appears to be to update the expiration date, but that defeats the purpose of the test. Is it really not possible to have a control plan for expired stock?

HiWe are facing an issue on 24R1 on user connection.We configured a Azure AD authentication with SCIM module. User creation settings are as follows, as recommended in technical documentation.  However, at first connection, when user clicks on Log in with SSO Azure CFG, he is asked to modify his password. After that, user can connect both way : with SCIM by clicking on “Log in with...” and by filling Username/password. Does anyone has any ideas on what is wrong on our configuration ?Many thanks

I’ve deployed about 80 system changes this year (both configuration and development), and I’d like to move faster. I want to implement automated testing with the eventual goal of implementing continuous deployment. I need an automated means of signing off on system changes, for both IFS-supplied deliveries and our in-house developed code. A true end-to-end test would require us to drive simulations from the Enterprise Explorer GUI, then validate the system outputs. Has anyone done this? (We’re on Apps 9 UPD 13.)
