Hi,I hope someone can provide guidance on the following: We are looking to streamline our PM actions and implement a form of  suppression to prevent work orders from being raised when the service year is not applicable. Specifically, we have equipment objects that require servicing at 1,3 and 5 -year intervals.  Our goal is to create a PM action that raises work orders according to these intervals, while ensuring following: The 1 year PM action needs to raise a work order in year 1, 2 and 4 only The 3 year PM action needs to raise a work order in year 3 only The 5 year PM action needs to raise a work order in year 5 onlyIs it possible to achieve this using standard IFS functionality, or would a CRIM be necessary? Thank you in advance for your assistance.    

HelloI am looking to replicate something that exists in our current environment with a different system. We have a table that has a list of all possible zipcodes with information such as CBSA, Latitude, Longitude, City, State etc.Does IFS have such a table? I have been unable to find anything like this in the IFSAPP database.Thank you

 Hello IFS Community, I have created a list element naviagtion with two placeholders: SUPPLIER,  and SITE. I am trying to navigate to the 'Payment Schedule for Purchase Order' page, and my dataset references that view.I am having trouble creating the navigation. I am using the following path:page/PaymentScheduleForPurchaseOrder/Form?$filter=Contract eq toupper($SITE$) and VendorNo eq ($SUPPLIER$)When I search for SITE using, for example, OK%, it does not retrieve data because the filter applies =OK%, which includes the equal sign (=). The filter needs to be just OK%, without the equal sign. It will work only if the user inputs the entire site value. Any idea how to fix this issue1? Another issue I have is when the user uses % for the two placeholders: SUPPLIER and SITE.It does not return any values or data.  Any idea how I could fix this issue2? Thanks,

Hi,With PSO (in a stand alone) installation, Customers / Prospects may need a component (mobile application) for the field.We send activites in the application, and the technician gives updates about the tour and each activities : on route, on site, started, etc.This can also be used in the debrief or work rder report.Do we have this component in PSO  in addition to the backend and the engine ?thanks and regardsanthony

HiOn the Company within Tax Control, Invoice Tab there is setting to “Use Tax Invoice”:  I’ve never used it, but am interested to know when or why you would?Is it country specific?I notice that this then can be set on the invoice series. I can find the IFS help on it:Use Tax InvoiceIf you select this check box, tax invoices will be printed when true tax transactions are created within invoicing and payment processes except when advance invoices are created. Tax invoices will show the details of the nature and value of goods sold or services provided and amount of tax.But it does not say when or why it would be used and how it determines the split of goods/services.  Delivery type perhaps?   Thanks in advance.

Hi, could you please help me to fix the following error. If I complete all the analysis, then this issue is fixed. But, according to the test plan, customer is doing this without completing all the analysis. as, for their business scenario, it needs to be applied. So, could you please let me know, if there is any parameter to function this?  

We have a customer who needs to review resource availability at different levels within the organization.The first level of output will provide the overall Availability/Occupancy Rate for the entire organization. The second level will drill down into the operational team level, breaking the data down by teams such as Functional, Technical, System Admin, etc. The third level will then break down the operational teams further into domain-specific categories, such as the relevant resource groups (e.g., combining DM leads into the DM team for clarity). Does any one know where the voucher type for the Lease liability is defined ?  The list of values does not show any voucher types as well.I am trying to create recognition posting for a new lease contract ( New in this specific company, we are using Lease contract in other companies with no problem), and it doesn't pick up a voucher type.

When using the command ‘Copy Customer’ on page/Customer/Form we get error message ‘ORA-20121: CustOrdCustomer.INSERT: Field [CONSOL_RENTAL_IVC_SERIAL] in Customer may not be specified for new objects.’Any idea how to prevent having this error?We are running on 23R2.

Hello,  I have created an additional attribute based on a custom field. In this case, the number shown in PSO can change pretty often. Available capacity can be 10, than change to 9 and so on.Shouldn’t this change go directly to PSO? This is my understanding from the mapping file. However, in our test environment, the data gets updated only with LOAD.IFS Cloud: 24R2 Does anyone have any idea here?Thank you,Iulia

We have a custom requirement to override ‘PurchaseOrderLinePartList’ an  Error as below get raised when trying to customized this list .No Error comes when tried as below but the custom column do not appear in Purchase Order Page. Standard List has been defined using clone. Appreciate any inputs to resolve this issue.Thanks!

Hello, Does anyone use the Customer > Credit Infor >  “allowed Overdue amount” or “Allowed overdue days” fields?   Do these impact a customer orders going on credit block?  I would have thought it was meant for that but it doesn’t appear to be.   ie: we want to allow a customer order to be released if it’s wanted receipt date or value is within a certain number of days or amount of its outstanding invoices with these fields populated.  Otherwise what are these fields used for?  calculation of interest ? Thanks!

Is it possible to purchase Advanced Analytics - Self Managed without purchasing Analysis Models - Self Managed? A database restoration has been performed on March 11 (Tuesday), 2025. The database was restored to its state as of February 26 (Wednesday), 2025.It has been observed that a background job, which is scheduled to run on Mondays, was executed on Wednesday, March 12. (But posted on March 11 (Tuesday))Given that the background job is scheduled to run on Mondays, it did not execute as per its schedule. In such cases, does the job automatically execute as soon as the database is restored and operational?

Hello,I'm currently experiencing an issue in IFS Applications where the Kanban module shows stockouts (empty bins) on our assembly lines, even though materials are physically available at the point of use.As a result, the main warehouse receives unnecessary pick requests, which show up on their picking lists, even though the items are already at the line.In practice, warehouse staff often ignore these picks because they recognize the items as Kanban-managed — but this leads to confusion and inconsistency, particularly for new employees who aren’t familiar with the workaround. And sometimes there is also empty bins.Additionally, we don’t use the Kanban card functionality when performing part movements — instead, we rely on manual transfers.Could this be contributing to the issue? We have a scenario where we require PR Lines generated from a Customer Order Line with Supply Code Purch Order Trans to have Delivery Dates that take into account Suppliers Lead Time. Currently an information message appears if CO is manually entered, however orders are being received via a portal and generated in IFS (so message not being witnessed by the Users). On release of the CO, where the Supplier’s lead-time is 10 days, the PR Delivery Date matches the CO Delivery Date and the PR Latest Order Date is set approximately 10 days in the past. The Delivery Date is obviously not achievable and I am trying to work out if I am missing something in the set up. The Purch Order Trans Supply Code suits the customer as the item is not stocked and is purchased specifically for each customer order. However without manual intervention the CO and PO dates are not achievable. I realise that when the PO is created,  a similar info message about the Delivery Dates also appears, allowing manual int

One of our use places had a invalid procedure caused by a bug in Data Migration Manager. I was given a data repair script in .sql format. I renamed it to a .cdb based on other posts I saw here. I just need to verify that the location is correct. We didn’t have anything in the customer solution repository for component DATMGT so I made the folder - datmgt\source\datmgt\database\ and put the cdb there. There is no deploy.ini for datmgt. Will this work? (see screenshot).We already updated our build place to 24R2 and one of our use places, but the use place in question is 23R2 (because of the invalid procedure). I have to get support involved to create the delivery for an older version, so wanted to make sure this was completely right so it doesn’t have to be done again.
