Evening i am looking for SQL help with my quick report. I’m pulling a date column in which i am truncating to split out the time. I want to create a selection box for the user to put a from and to date allowing a range to be displayed. Would it be easier to pull a single selection box which the user can use the between dates function?i’m starting withAND TRUNC(PROMISED_DELIVERY_DATE) BETWEEN DATE '2023-06-22' AND DATE '2024-06-22'But i need to make the user select the required dates

Hello All, When working with IFS Cloud, it’s always the case that in the same browser I have multiple tabs of different environments open at the same time (CFG / UAT / TST / PROD).Do you know if it’s possible via Appearance Configuration to add a prefix in the Browser Tab so that from the overview you could tell each tab to which environment it belongs?I’ve looked at the different options that are available but I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for.This is what I would have in mind: 

Is it possible to offset a SUCHECK with an SUPOA?  We have an issue with an Open SUCHECK not being able to be seen or used in Mixed Payments when selecting the Payment Doc No column.  An error appears saying, “Could not find unique matching value for xxxx”  There are 2 SUCHECK xxxx and 2 SUCHKPOA xxxx.  1 of each was cancelled.  How do you go about clearing the SUCHECK?

How do you configure self-billing supplier invoice from a purchase order receipt in IFS Cloud?We’ve set up:Self-Billing on the Supplier  enable sending self-billing invoice on “Receiving Advice” by setting Message Class SBIINV for the supplier type of Receiving Advice must be selected.With all of the above set, the supplier invoice is still not generated on receipt.I am getting a receipt advice, but no connected receipts

Hello experts,In IFS Cloud appearance configuration, users have the ability to upload images to be displayed in various locations within the application.However, once an image is uploaded, it cannot be removed from the resources page, as there is only 'Upload' option available, with no additional options for removal. Is there anyway we can achieve this?  Thank you in advance.  

Not entirely sure what our expectations should be here… We have a user who has copied/pasted material rows from Shop Order A onto Shop Order B.  Parts are in stock on the relevant site; Supply type on Shop Order B showing as Invent Order. User then attempts to directly Issue material to the rows newly pasted onto Shop Order B (select row/Manual Issue).  Manual Issue Shop Order Material screen comes up blank. If the parts are entered onto Shop Order B by a new line being created, Manual Issue Shop Order Material comes up with stock available to be issued as expected. If we run the ‘Redefine Supply Code’ and change to Project Inventory  and then run the ‘Redefine Supply Code’ again and change back to Invent then the Manual Issue… screen is populated correctly.     Has anyone else experienced this at all?Thanks!

Dear all, Another strange observation when creating a Service Line on a Service Contract. After we created the Service Contract header we can add Service Lines ‘New Service Contract Line”. Then we get to a wizard where we can add a ‘Work Type’, and we can add Objects to the ‘Scope’. But when we try this, the ‘Item ID’ drop down remains empty. (Allthough there are definitely available objects - as we can see later). Because the Item Id drop down is empty, we save the Service Line without any scope. We return to the Service COntract, Expand the contract so we can select the Service Line again; Go to the tab ‘Scope’ and try to add a new line and now it works perfectly. (see printscreen below). So my question: why is the scope not populating the same drop down when we were creating the line with the wizard. Best RegardsRoel 

We have issues where data on mobile gets stale (out of synch with system data) - in particular affecting logistics and van warehouse inventory. Getting the user to change user when logging on solves this - but is there a way to force full mobile update at specific intervals without the SA having to change user?

I want to define a huge project in project form(the number of activities is a lot). I assign a calendar to project but I need to assign different calendar to some activities of this project(different from what we set up at the beginning). I want to know is it possible to do this? If the answer is YES, that would be great to let us know how we can set this feature?Product Version: UPD24Business Impact:About business impact I should mention that by assigning different calendars to different activities in MSP our % planning progress will be different from what we define in IFS application and we will face wrong data for our monthly progress report to our managers which these reports are queries from IFS data.Thank YouAdina

Hi All,During shop order creation it cannot be saved because of this error message.(Scrap factor is mandatory).But In product structure the Scrap factor is set to zero(0). It also in Inventory part u der manufacturing TAB Scrap factor set to (0). May be this zero value (0) can not be fetched from BOM/Inventory part.what could be the possible solution? 

PO Milestone template id is set to be filled here.  and it should be fetched from the basic data here but it doesn't seem to work for me for some reason. Does it work for you?

 Status detail Info in the Posting Information states “Posting proposal is in balance and awaiting authorization.” You go to authorize the Posting Proposal and you get the error “Posting Proposal is not in balance.” I am at a loss, has anyone else ran into this scenario? IFS Cloud 24R1

Hi,One of our client is using IFS 8 at on prem, we are trying to migrate it to IFS Cloud. To do that, would like to start with some POC, installed IFS Developer studio and connected with Azure VPN Client, when i try to create IFS Project in IFS Developer tools, it is asking to connect with Oracle DB. I provide our IFS Dev credentials (Ordered this environemnt through lifecycle.IFS.com), it says the error as Too long when i try to Test Connection. But I able to connect to IFS Dev server through Oracle SQL Developer. Please help me to connect it through IFS Developer studio. 

Hi All,I am trying to call a REST API and it has Basic Authorization. User and password were defined in ‘IFS REST Task Configurations’ as the first step.My problem is, I need to create an ‘AuthHeader’ using User and Password in an inline script. However it looks like you cannot refer values defined in REST Task Configurations in an inline script.Although it is possible to hard-code user and password in an inline script, I am trying to figure out how to externalize user/password using 24R2 new feature ‘REST Task Configurations’.Does anyone know how to utilise REST Task Configurations for defining user and password for basic Authorization?

Hi ExpertsI am using the ifs cloud 23R2. i try to import an external supplier invoice including the attachment (PDF file) into IFS. Either the external supplier invoice nor the posting proposal has an attached document. does anyone have an idea where else to look or have a hint what else to try? When i check the application message i see that both files were imported correctly: this is the routing adress setup for the document and for the xml file the routing roule for pdf file the routing rule for xml file  in the external supplier invoice document files gets imported but stays in status loaded when i check the corresponding external supplier invoice and i click on attachement… ...i see that the invoice attachment gets recognized if i compare to a system which works (22R2) i dont have an attachment but I have different button “View Local File” and the imag file status has a status of “document not CheckedIN. and I also have a Imag File Name.  in Both system the routing adress and rule

Hi AllOne of our project Directors tries to authorize a POCO which was changed to a negative delta amount and he's getting the the error Insufficient privileges error message. This is how the applicable rule looks like: He previously succesfully authorized the PO, now only getting the error in POCO. What could be the reason? This is 24.1.1

 When adding a reference field, the link provided doesn’t work to navigate to the proper page. When clicking on the Order No we go toAnd when clicking on the customer_no we go the customer page with no filter  The entity is configured as follows :    and some times, the refrence field doesn’t show a link and is show as plain unedited text. any idea why? Thank you in advance any help would be apretiated ​@kamnlk ​@dsj 

In Apps10 how can I keep the sticky notes visible but not editable? I have tried to “grant query” on the presentation object EE_NOTES_CONFIG. But I can still edit.And if I do not grant EE_NOTES_CONFIG at all, the notes are not visible.I have tried it also in combination with the activity ManageNotes granted or not. But with no luck. The presentation object sais Read Only Allowed. So why is it not working? Thank you!Catherine
