IFS login events are only shown for the current month can we these these data for previous months as well?  

Hi all,I’m working with IFS Cloud and trying to retrieve the Commodity Group 2 field from the Purchase Requisition Lines page. However, I can’t find it in Data Source Designer within the PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL view. From the Debug Console, I see the following details: • LU Name: PurchaseReqLine• Projection: PurchaseRequisitionLinesHandling• Entity Set: PurchaseReqLineSet• Entity: PurchaseReqLine• View: PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL• Component: PURCH I’ve checked the columns in the PURCHASE_REQ_LINE_ALL view, but I don’t see Commodity Group 2 listed. Is it possible that this field is stored in another table or fetched dynamically through another projection? If it’s in a different table, would anyone know the correct join conditions or an alternative where query to access it?Or is this field perhaps derived from a different entity that I should be using? Any advice on where to find this field or how to retrieve the relevant commodity group or codes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

When trying to recalculate Price/Currency it works fine within the custom order then selecting the line and RMB recalculate Price/Currencybut when i try to do this from the customer order line view it errors.on investigation i have found that there are 2 Currency columns in the customer order lines viewWhen i look at the system info one sql column is CODE_G  the other column: when i query  customer order line in SQL i get the following resultsselect co.code_G,co.CURRENCY_CODEfrom ifsapp.CUSTOMER_ORDER_JOIN cowhere order_no = '12345678'Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve please

I’m trying to migrate some inventory locations into IFS Cloud but seem to come across one issue. But, I can’t figure for the life of my see why it’s happening.  This is the error that I’m getting, but every other location with the same location group is working fine. Has anyone else seen this issue and found a solution?

Hi everyone,I'm trying to create a bar chart forecast in IFS Lobbies that shows the total net amount of planned spares (SUM(UNIT_PRICE_INCL_TAX * QTY_INVOICED)) grouped by custom delivery periods rather than standard calendar months.We have predefined customer order delivery months (e.g., "Jan-25", "Feb-25"), each covering specific date ranges rather than full months. Hi CommunityIn the process for Clear Revenue/Cost Balance, IFS is currently configuring with the GP8 Posting Control based on a Fixed Value.We would like to use the “GC3 - Ledger ID” control type for add a 2nd option (One in case of profit, one in case of loss)I can’t figure out how create a new Ledger ID to use it correctly, could you please help me to solve this problem ?If you have another idea to solve this problem it would be perfect.Regards

Hello,I was wondering if it is possible to use the acceptance sampling for not lot tracked parts, where the methodology would calculate then every time based on the lot size of the shop order.I have tested it, and it is possible - acceptance sampling calculates the sample size, however I am not sure what other consequences it might have? Thank you very much in advance for your help in this one.

I am getting the following error when trying to check-in a new revision.  We updated all our SOP’s to a new format.  The old file type was DOCX. We are now at a .DOC filetype.  I get the error below.  If I change it to the DOCX file type, it works.  Why is this and is there a workaround???

Hi, If a work task is transferred to a technician & he finishes his assignment using MWO, the assignment status becomes Completed but work task status is sometimes Work done & sometimes remain work started only. What’s the reason behind this? I want the manger to manually mark the task to work done. Also, can a new status be added in the list?

Currently in Apps 9 we have turned off the ability to add documents to purchase order lines - all attachments should be kept at the header level for ease of finding them.  I cannot seem to find the ability to do this in IFS Cloud - does anyone have any idea how this is done?

I want to disable my Scheduling Optimization Triggers relating to Pso_Service_Integration because they cause a failure in BPA Workflow (there is an implicit commit in the code).Assuming the customer uses Dispatch Console but not PSO, are there any issues here?

Hello,      I am attempting to use the conditional validation option in Page Designer and can’t seem to get the option to save when I fill it out. Each time I enter in values and click the check mark to save it blinks a few times and never saves the settings. Any ideas?   Thanks,Ryan
