Hello all,My customers use a lot of sharepoint for photos of items, invoices, etc... They would like to be able to add a URL link to these various objects.Is it possible to insert a URL link on an object (without having to create a URL file)? Wishing you a great day

Hello,maybe someone knows which projection in permission sets is responsible for the possibility to see what documents are connected to the business object?We need to create a user role which will be able only to view information in the system and cannot change anything. When making DOCMAN projections as read-only, then system doesn’t provide what documents are attached to the certain business object.I see the number of attached documents, but not the information of those attachments.Please help to understand what setup should be to see attachments.:)Thanks beforehand

I’m using ETM1.7 and am trying to debug a data mapper that was created previously.  One of the Search criteria used on a Variable assyst search on an Event has “disableExpetionOnMaxRecords” set to ‘true’.I searched the wiki but am unable to find any info on this.Does anyone have any insight as to what this is used for? 

we have the above Active Object, and we need to scrap it.system display the above error message.I checked the voucher type and it’s relation with user group and there is no issue.the process is working for all sites, only site 125 is not working with it.it is the first time we scrap object in site 125please advise.

Good day.  We are still experiencing issues to Edit a Travel Request.  I am able to edit a TR created for a subordinate but when trying to edit a TR for my Supervisor/another team member, I get this error::Please can you confirm what the setup should look like for an Access Role that will allow editing/modifying of a TR?  No problems are experienced to register the TR.Thank you.Anya

We have set up the basic data for voucher approval, as simple as possible:The Approval Combination Rule allows for all code part values. The Voucher approvers are connected to the Approval Combination Rule and have large Max Amounts in Accounting currency (the vouchers we have tested with have smaller amounts). We have two Approver Assigning Rules in state Active with different (sequential) amount limits and connected to the Voucher Group M. Starting value is 5000 since we do not want to approve low amounts. The approver is not the same user as the user creating the vouchers.No approval is required on any of our test vouchers. We then update the USER per Voucher Series so to the option from Enter and Approve to Enter Only.Then the approval functionality kicks in but we have two issues:Now every voucher needs to be approved, even the low amount vouchers that we do not want to have to approve. The Approval Assigning Rules do not kick in. It seems any Approval User can approve.Any ideas? 

has the Handling units (list view) screen been removed in cloud ? or moved to another location currently visable in EE apps10 

Hello, I have setup Personal Data Management to anonymize the customer email address. The solution seems to work well. What I don’t understand is the following:is this just hiding the data on client side or did it really updated the value in the DB to m*********** for the email address?We are also using the email address setup in communication method to also send the invoices automatically to the customer by email every time an invoice is printed/posted. Does that mean that after anonymizing the email address it will try to send invoices per email to m*********** and the email will fail?Tagging @dsj Damith as I read some older where you have worked with Personal Data Management functionality.

Hi Experts,If I setup a bucket resource, I am not getting ‘Company Settings’ tab in the resource. Hence, I am not able to make a bucket resource a MWO user. Is this the design thinking behind bucket resources when it comes to MWO ?. Or is there any other way to make a bucket resource using MWO ? What versions of Camunda and JavaScript are used in our Workflow/BPA? For example, one of my colleagues has noticed that the findIndex() method is not supported, while indexOf() works fine. Additionally, using let as an alternative to var doesn't seem to work, and const is not supported either.

IFS Cloud “Service Contract” page has a command button called “Refresh Lobby Data”. What is the intent of this button? When users create Customer Invoices connected to service contracts (either via Service Contract Invoice plan or Work Order specific sales invoices), how is this revenue updated to the system (Analysis for Servce Contract page) so that one can see it from the page charts? I’ve generated customer invoices but the Service Contract analysis “revenue” graphs will not react to this in any way. It seems that the analysis page uses a IFS Lobby element called REVENUE TYPE ANALYSIS, which is a standard lobby element managed by IFS RnD

Dear Community, We have a customer which owns several companies. They have defined a group credit limit applicable for all the Customer Orders placed on all entities of the group. As the credit limit is own at company level in IFS customers, what is the best practice to apply this limit on all the companies within the full group. IE : Credit limit at group level is : 500 000 $ t = 1 Company A received an order of 300 000 $t = 2 Company B received an order of 150 000 $t = 3 Company C received an order of 75 0000 $ => blocked due to credit limit Regards  

Is it possible to link a document to two objects via the report rules when creating it (e.g. a delivery note to both the delivery note object and the associated sales order? Currently I only see the option of having to create the report again each time. But then I have two documents, each of which is linked to an object. Thank you for your help. 

Hello All,I am hoping for some guidance on Supplier forecast volatility. I’m curious if there is a way in IFS to understand the order forecasts and supplier commitment changes over time to address supply volatility and ensure supplier accountability. I have seen Supplier 360, but there does not seem to be any reports or areas where you can essentially view their forecasted buys with the changes. Essentially if a Supplier commits to buy $100,000 of part XYZ, but they only bought $20,000 over that period of time.Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,From my understanding, there are two ways to add the “return travel” and record this transaction in reference to the task when a task is completed from the mobile:The "Report in" functionality involves inputting an estimated arrival date by considering the departure date and time, along with the duration of the trip. "Time" functionality: The technician initiates a "Return Travel" transaction by selecting the mobile return travel option. This transaction is completed when they select the stop travel option.In our case, in both scenarios, we receive failed transactions in IFS Cloud, and the information is not saved. Below are the "errors":Scenario 1 :  Scenario 2:  Do we need to configure some basic data for the mobile users?Are there any configurations for Return Travel that we’re not considering?Thanks Stefania & Eleazar​@SDN 

We’re working with a client where we are planning to use Product Structures for their Manufacturing business. However there are a series of Products where they can use either a combination of Parts A, B, C, or, the they can use a combination of parts C, D.We’ve proposed that these should be identified as being different parts with separate Product Structures but the client has rejected this as the completed Product is 100% identical both visually, technically and structurally, so irrespective of the item combination used to make them, from a Sales and Storage perspective the completed Products are the same.The only option we seem to have (as we can’t use Alternate Parts to manage this), is to use Recipe rather than Product Structures to manage this, but this leads to a series of questions:Is it possible to combined both Product and Recipe Structures in a Single Site in IFS (Previous questions in the community appear to indicate that it is) What, if any complications can this cause from
