Hello,
I’m trying to use “Save to CRM” functionnality from CRM Pannel and it’s loading forever when saving the email.
The email appears in IFS but email body is never received by IFS.
I tried to regenerate the manifest file and re-import it into Outlook. I also tried to change some CRM/SRM Pannel Settings. I tried go back to old outlook version. I tried on several emails including one with no attachment and only text in the body. Nothing changes it’s still not working.
It used to work fine, do you have any idea of what is wrong ?
