Help text:

When set as Yes, the Work Order will get status Finished when the last active Work Task is set to Finished (all other Work Tasks in status Finished or Cancelled). If all Tasks are in Cancelled state, it will be prompted to set the Work Order to Cancelled.

There is a system definition as well to define the default value for Finish with Task option.

Open Application Base Setup > System Setup > System Definitions > Object Properties

Query for Object property FINISH_WITH_TASK.

Set the property value for TRUE or FALSE as needed.
