We often create service orders that we want to have back with status “Need Audit” after they have been finalized by the SA. We now rely on the SA to flag it, and of course this fails from time to time.

Is there an easy way to flag certain orders (upon manual creation) for Audit?

Hi Bjørn,

Not exactly… you don’t do this on the service order itself but create an approval rule that does a validation check so that the orders matching the criteria for the rule goes into Audit Queue for validation…

You can review the attached document for basic method to set something up.
