When reporting time in mobile work order, IFS MWO Maintenance my comments are not populating in cloud 24R2. We are not using time clock to clock in and out, we are only reporting hours worked.
I can see that Cloud = ReportComment but mWO is using ClockOutComment. Since we are not using the clockings where should we map mWO?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Clock out comment from MWO on manual Time Reports gets saved to the Comment field on the Time Report .
There was an issue with this and it has been fixed in 25R1 GA. ( Issue ID - https://ifsdev.atlassian.net/browse/SMZMWO-10381 ). Please check if this works for you in this track.
