In 23R2, the use of FTP and SHARED repositories is deprecated and the support will be removed in a later release. Starting from 24R1, the support for these repository types has been disabled by default.
However, a system administrator can re-enable them by updating the object property. Once this change is applied, users will be able to perform file operations as usual. Detailed guidance on how to configure this setting is available in the official documentation.
Please note that we are not enabling FTP /SHARED support by default in release 25R1. If it’s needed, the manual configuration mentioned above still applies. That said, This is not recommended, as support for these repository types is deprecated and will be permanently removed in a future release
