Hi ​@JAMES.MCGINLAY - were the goods receipted into the QA location as part of the inspection process? If so, on the PO receipt you can register the inspection results and then move to a picking location.

Please check whether the stock on the Quality Insurance location was received through the Purchase Order arrival process, and the receipt is still in To Be Inspected status. 

Please register the Inspection status, and the stock can be moved to the picking location from the Receipt screen only once the inspection results are registered.
