Hello, Currently we have an alert set for when a part need is entered, the alert will display the part alternatives for that original part.However, if there are 3 part alternatives, it will only show 1 Below is the business rule, how can i modify it in order to perform this? 

Hello all,  I’m curious to know if anyone has found a published changelog with details of what has been added/removed from IFS between updates? The log that comes with the notification contains a very general list of items moved to Aurena, etc. but there isn’t anything beyond that. I find that after we apply an update, there are a litany of items that have been added, some of which turn out to be very beneficial to our company. The issue is because there is no detailed log of what was updated/rolled out, we have no way of knowing unless we stumble upon it by accident.  Thank you!

In FSM, mobile users have an "On shift" & "Off shift" option. This is located under PERSON.WORK_STATUS.Is it possible to have PSO schedule a tech only when they're ON SHIFT and when they are OFF SHIFT it does not consider them for work?Thanks in advance,

What are the benefits of setting a functional object as a Geographical Object?  Can’t I just use a functional object with a particular object level to represent a geographical area?I know Geographical Objects are used in Service Contracts but I am still unsure of their advantages and disadvantages. Thanks, Curtis Taylor

Hi ,can anyone tell me, how to apply the custom theme in FSM .i have copied the default.xaml and chaged to globaltheme.xaml and provided the primary and secondary color .The globalTheme is deployed in the theme folder.i have even given the path in app param (PATH_TO_CUSTOM_THEMES).But the custom theme is not reflecting .Can u tell me what is the step that i am missing here.Thanks Muthujayashree R

Hi all, I am trying to connect to one of our customers API to notify them of a new claim for one of their customers. I believe I can connect fine but the result I am getting is the "Request body does not match schema". It appears they would like to receive the transaction like the below. {     "windscreenRef": "10610710",     "policyNumber": "HG721101",     "fixType": "repair",     "fixDate": "2020-07-20",     "bookingInDate": "2020-07-20"   } However I am struggling as the Cust Integration Map is asking for Primary Path. With the message being sent using the JSONOutboundConnector, what do I need to do to be able to post the message but with out a Primary Path?  Can a newly added custom field return a value without saving the page? For example, when I enter the supplier code on the manual supplier invoice screen, I want to see the information I want from the supplier from a costom field. However, I want to see the page without saving it.

Hi All,I am facing an issue while changing the currency in the Purchase Order Change Order window.Let me give you some further details,I have created an Internal Purchase Order (Order Code 4) and had got it released. After releasing i sensed that the currency selected on the header is different than what i want it to be. Then i created a change order and tried changing the currency from “XXX” to “YYY” and then it started showing an error “It is not allowed to change currency when the supplier belongs to an Internal site”.I understand this is a standard error but i need to knowwhy am i getting this error? which setup basically invokes this error? Is there a way to change the currency in such cases?My client is using IFS 10 Standard Applications. Any update would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.Regards,Preetish Gautam Dehury

Hi,We won't use the cost module for a long time. we need to make all inventory parts zero cost allowed. I think there should be a way to give permission for zero cost but I could not find it. Is anybody know where is it?  

While trying to print a report in FSM Application I am getting this error as belowFileNotFoundException: Report file REQUESTS.rdlc not found.  Check CLIENT_REPORTS_PATH setting.

In Apps 10 I have a service contract with multiple lines and appropriate objects in scope for each line and each line is for a different work type. One of my lines is for Emergency Work which has a Invoice Type of Resources Used (T&M).I have a Customer Agreement for the Contract Customer Header that has all my pricing.  i.e. Non-Inventory Sale Part No. ‘LABOR’ and $100/hr The above works fine without issue.  Now here is where I am looking for suggestions.  The labor price is dependent on where the work is performed.  If it was in TX is could be 130/hr, and Florida could be 135/hr.   How would I achieve this automatic pricing with my Service Contract and Customer Agreement based on location of equipment?

Could someone please advise. When there are changes to the customer  order line(s) is the history of the change recorded anywhere.eg. in the event of the customer order line being cancelled is the date it was cancelled recorded.if the qty changes on the order line is the change recorded along with what it was changes from and to.etc. Or is it a case of switching on History Logging.

Hello, I’m noticing an issue on Shop Floor workbench. Currently, we have a 1st and 2nd shift. Shop Orders may span multiple shifts and it appears that if an operator on a prior shift (1st) is clocked into Start Production, a 2nd shift employee cannot join that operation without creating a Team and joining that. Is this correct, or is there a way to allow individuals to Start Production on operations without having to use a Team? Thank you!

Hi all, I’ve created a new draft Purchase Order Crystal report - it pretty much got it’s design refreshed and re branded - all schema, data, report rules have been unchanged.  I’ve given it different name to the original (added _v1 at the end). I’ve put it into correct folders on the server and I have also added new info in Report Definitions but yet I’m still getting typical error:Any ideas what else I’m missing? This is so far within test instance of IFS. 

Can anybody please tell me how i can change date format by changing app param. Like i want Y-M-D(Year-Month-Date) format.

I  am trying to  add an image to Report Designer Layout (Client Version Apps 8  SP1 ) . As per  the F1 document image path has set . But getting this message while trying to save the image ?How can I fix this ?
