Is it possible to build the quote page , under repair portal user?
A named license user has the privilege to create quote under RMA page.
But, A Repair portal license holder doesn't have that privilege to access quote.
Is it possible build ta quote page from UI designer?

You should be able to get round those restrictions by creating a view that pulls the required information and then using the view in UI Designer instead.
