Hello,On IFS V10.8;I found an useless situation on CRM. When i trying to create a customer from lead, customer created successfully but the lead is deleted with atteched documents somehow.When i analyze the BUSINESS_LEAD_API, i found  procedures as TRANSFER_ATTACHED_DOCUMENTS and REMOVE_LEAD but the transfer docs procedure is not work for me.Can u explain, why the leads are deleted when we try to convert to customer? Why the system working like this really i wonder.The other important question is, how can I find my valuable documents that I add to leads in the system?Best regards.

Hello everyone, How can I give permission for this window?  I’m using IFS9 

All of our prices are in CAD since we are Canadian company. If we have to bill a customer who’s bill to is listed as USD, then the pricing rules will not take effect due to the pricing rules listing only CAD. If we put the converted rate as USD, that will quickly go out of date with how quickly rates change.My question is: Does FSM have a way to convert it based on current exchange rate? or must it be set by whichever price is in the pricing rule?

Often times in our industry, we will need to requote an existing product to our customer. The Bid Estimate module does allow us to pull in the existing Inventory Part, which is great. However, I have noticed that if you do that, you cannot modify the Std Lot Size on the part. I’ve attempted to create a new Version and Revision, but I am still unable to change this. Often times we will change the Std Lot Size to give several cost options. Is there a way to accomplish this in IFS?    

Hi,In Quick Report, I have to get data FromDate to ToDate using a DateTime columnI used this:WHERE o.REAL_FINISHED BETWEEN TO_DATE('&From_dd/mm/yyyy','dd/mm/yyyy') AND TO_DATE('&To_dd/mm/yyyy','dd/mm/yyyy') I’m getting when we go to view report  It works fine When I export data I’m getting this error:  Excel Plugin Error: Undefined bind variable 'from_dd' in Excel fileAny idea how to sort this issue?

On FSM Mobile there is the “Stock Count” option on the menu.when opening it, it is a blank screen that will display a stock countwe know that the stock count is created and set up on the FSM Desktop client. What requirements are needed for the stock count to show up on that users mobile device?Once it shows up will they be able to perform the stock on their mobile device?

Is there an option to export/import to migrate between many environments?Somebody that works with me told me that I need to replicate manually all my changes in each environment. HiI have created 3 new custom numeric fields, 2 will be manual entries and the 3rd I would like to add the numbers from the first 2 fields. Is this possible in Apps 8?If so does this need to be done via a custom event? Would be much appreciated if it is possible for some to send a screen shot of how. Below is a screen shot of the fields I am referring to, and the one circled is the field I want the calculation to appear.

We are considering to implement a (QR) scanning solution for QR invoices. We want to scan the QR code and automatically fill in the available information into the specific fields. Is there a standard solution for this? Do we have to use a specific interface instead of the data entry screen? Or is there any other easy way of implementing this?

We are having some users experience an issue where FSM is syncing photos from other users to their phone.One case had a user receive over 300 photos. There are no connections to either of these technicians from a person record or task (which is where the attachments are attached to)this has happened to 3 users, that we know of. Has this type of error been reported before?

My problem here is that I need for exemple my activity code and the person that seize has juste the activity ID. My question is: Can I put any kind of logic that allows me to fill out another cell based on the information seized?Exemple: When I seized my project and my activity ID, the cell acitivity code will be fill out automaticly.Let me know if you need more information Thanks,

Hello, I am attempting to make it easier for Shop Floor users to understand when there is a material shortage on Shop Floor Workbench. Currently, on the materials tab, there is a red exclamation if a certain material is short. Is it possible to use conditional formatting to highlight that row to make the problem more visual? I have not seen a way or column on that tab where it could be setup. I’m assuming there is something that enables that status alert, but I cannot find the column to use for CF. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 

I am trying to setup one of our environments to do some training with the Credit Card Interface. I have the documentation and have the Routing Address setup with the pilot info.   I’ve setup the Credit Card Gateway just like the documentation but I’m getting a “User Authentication Failed” message when I try to use one of the Credit Card numbers in the documentation.  Has anyone else successfully set this up?    We’re currently on Apps10 UPD6

Hi,I’m after a printed report.Once a report (in my case an invoice) has been printed I can find a table with it’s XML, but not the PDF document.What I would like to do, is to create a document of the report once it’s been printet.Is there a standard way to set that up or could it be done with code?
