+13We see mass updates happening all day for 1 record at a time. Based on the user i can have a guess at what its updating but is there anyway to verify exactly what it updated? i looked up the run log ID in the server logs without any results. tried to pinpoint the time in the log but that didnt show me much either.

I do not believe the details at that level are recorded for the Mass Update type. If it is always the same user you may be able to trace that user for when it next occurs and then that should reveal what was occurring.
