in our company , we have IFS9, and crystal report XI;in registry what is the required to add the crystal report RPT file to the system ? 

On an Aurnea Custom page, I’m having an issue getting the selected reference field to display after it’s selected, saved and the browser is refreshed. This field is in a group, and after the user selects the desired entry from the lookup, it should display the entry as a link to another IFS page. However once I refresh the page, the link/displayed text disappears, but I can still click the blank field and it takes me to the other IFS page. I’m not sure why the field goes blank.Is there a way to get the text to remain on this field?lookup fieldAfter save Blank after browser is reloaded 

Hello All, I have setup and configured condition based PM Actions for my assets. However, I am still required to run the Condition Generation background job on a regular basis for my PMs to be created.I have been looking in the system to find a way to schedule this to simply run as a database task/scheduled job, but I have not found a way to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We currently have a quick report that has 12 monthly columns, one for each month: I’ve hard-coded each of the 12 months as noted below. Now they would like the months to dynamically start based on the selected Starting Date, so if they enter 5/1/2020 it’ll load the 12 months starting with June-JUN  JUL  AUG  SEPT  NOV  DEC  JAN  FEB  MAR  APR   MAYis that possible with quick report SQL?(the RW_FORECAST_BY_MONTH is an IAL that contains the extracted Month column and is ordered by Date; the quick report’s SQL groups it into the months)

Can anyone suggest how to capture Response in FSM from a external system/foreign system while doing outbound integration.In short i am trying to send outbound data  from FSM to ERP. when i send(FSM) purchase requisition they are(ERP) sending some responses but that response i am not able to capture in FSM. Please help me what are the settings or configuration i need to do to capture the responses.

Is it possible to create a link on a lobby tile that will export a quick report to excel. We can link to the quick report and then export to excel, but looking for a one step process. Using Apps 9.   Many thanks,

Within IFS it is possible to use #TODAY#, #END_OF_LAST_MONTH#, #PERSON_ID# etc in SQL statements.They can be used in searches and in lobbys. But I cannot use them in the PL/SQL developer connecting to the database. What are they?What should I use them for / not use them for?Is there a complete list of these somewhere?

We’re experiencing some difficulties with developing new functionality on mWorkOrder Windows revision.The new entity was added to resource library, which then was successfully deployed to TAS.We see the new entity in IFS IEE and the new entity’ table in local database on mobile as well.All the data was received in local database for new entity, too.Further, our new entity contains the Temporary Client Key.In our case, mobile framework successfully generated this key.But when we try to send the new data record for mentioned entity from mobile client to server we have the problem with “real” server-side key replacement on sync.We’ve got the failed transaction with error ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE.Maybe we’re doing something wrong?Or maybe we don’t complete some action in development process (for example, on server side)?

Hi,using APPS10 UPD8,I’m trying to create a new work through a work task in mobile, the system ask if I want to copy customer, object and contact data from current task and I choose “No”, after that the screen shows the parent WO: #### and insert in structure is flaged. The problem is that the wo created is not in structure.  Does anyone know something about it?Tks

Hi everyone,Using mworkorder apps10 UPD8,I could see if send a work task to mobile “pool” with plan and final date, the date filter (tady, future etc) in mobile pool screen does not work.The filter consider just the allocated date, not plan date of the work task. The allocated date should work just for my service screen. The problem is that in pool situation, there is no alocation date. Is there a solution for this situation? Tks

We have a persistent custom field on the customer called EORI_REF and a persistent custom field on the  customer order header called EORI_REF.When the Order is created we would like the EORI_REF value held on the customer to be pulled through to the customer order.The reason for this is most customers will have the EORI_REF but a few of our customers are catch-alls so we would like to be able to amend the EORI_REF on the customer order as required. What is the best way to do this? In the past I have used custom events or custom procedure that runs in the background to update values. Thank you in advance for your advice.

Is there any way to manage the default behavior of boxes in the Create Project Wizard?  For example, I’d like to default Project Unique Procurement and Project Unique Billing to checked.  

We are trying to access IFS 10 using its REST services. To configure the Authentification required, we are trying to access to the "IFS Middleware Server Admin Console" as explained on some websites (example: https://community.ifs.com/technology-infrastructure-cloud-integration-dev-tools-50/aurena-authentification-and-token-831) but we are not able to login into that console. Any account tried is failing with error "User Not Allowed". We tried IFSAPP and many other accounts with high privileges (or all of them) without success. Most of the users we tried have full admin rights. All these user accounts can access Entreprise Explorer and Aurena without problems. How can we gain access to the "IFS Middleware Server Admin Console" in order to configure the Authentification of REST services?

Hi all, We are installing a new SSL Certificate into our system, in order to get the print agent to work coreectly on a separate server I need to generate a new ifsKeystore.jks file located in -E:\IFS\IFSExt\IFSx\ohs\config\fmwconfig\components\OHS\instances\IFSx\keystores\ifs(x=environment name)When running Re-Configure I cab see a line hat says creating keystore, but this file is not being updated.  I have tried renaming the file out of the way and running the reconfigure again, but still no new file is created.  Can anyone give me some advice? ThanksAndy

We have an organization position that’s used in a matrix organization structure for two companies which is not used. There are no employees assigned to this position.When trying to delete it, the error ‘The Company Position ":P1" is used by another object/s.’ is displayed and when checking the business logic, I can see that there is a record in business_unit_relation_tab which is preventing the deletion and popping up of the said error.I’m struggling to remove this from the application as I can’t find a window from where to access business_unit_relation_tab record. Is there any documentation on how to delete an unnecessary organization position? Or someone who has done this before? I couldn’t find anything relevant in the F1 Help.TIA

I am trying to modify the Description field on a Change Request, in Aurena, which is a required field out of the box. It has a size limit of 35 characters. Is there a way to change this to 50 characters instead?I have also tried creating a custom field to replace the Description, however, the original Description field is required to be filled in for the save button to appear. I have attempted to uncheck the required checkbox on the Description field but it is still required for the save button to become visible.Any ideas on how to change the Description field size limitation and/or replace it with a custom field so it is not required to save the Change Request? Thanks….

I have a custom package that has 2 procedures in it.    1 of the procedures appears in the LOV to create a New Database Task Schedule but the 2nd one doesn’t appear.   If I run the procedure within PL/SQL Developer it runs without any issues.   Dictionary Cache and Security Cache have been refreshed.I have check the permission set and it has been granted.I have logged out and back in again. Any ideas?
