Hello, would anyone know what the 80926 is referring to? This seems to be standard as we see it in multiple implementations OOTB. Appreciate the help

for a customer they need to calculate the broker and dealer commission. for that i was trying to do a setup. for that, I have created a commission agreement, commission receiver group and commission receiver as well. the calculation base for the agreement is ‘Order Entry’. so it should work when the customer order is saved. but in my case its not happening. can anyone say, what have i missed during the setup??

Hi,a customer has the following requirements:Employees needs to enter and confirm their clockings/time reportings. Supervisor needs to be able to view confirmed times and authorize the times of their supervised employees, but they should NOT be able to confirm (or change) the times of their supervised employees. Is this setting/configuration possible in HCM with Standard functionalities? I am looking at how Comment Functionality works for different File types as Redline? currently I have defined “doc” as view and “docx” as Redline type and expect to open comment with MS Word. however I still manually change the Redline copy from “Doc” to “Docx”. The errorI get is “Can not start external Viewer application”. This is just one example, I am trying to find out how Redline app works for each individual file type. for example for a word file,Excel or Autocad? Thanks, Aida.

When I am trying to ship the parent product after repair steps are completed,I am getting exception as “Parent unit cannot be marked for shipment when component repairs are in-process”.When I check the component repair unit, the task is completed and all seems fine.Could someone please advice what am I missing?

In RMA task, trying to check “ready to ship”  checkbox and save, but getting an error “Parent unit cannot be marked for shipment when component repairs are in-process”.    Component repair task is already maked (task_status) as completed after swap.Please advise, what is missing?

Any ideas how this could happen?Normally we run a print/email and this performs following stepsTakes the Prelim Invoice and creates a Final invoice Final invoice is then emailed to the customer where email address is present It would seem, somehow the email has sent the prelim invoice rather than the final.Any ideas how I can stop this happening?

Hello.I would like to add new custom menu in (some) window with “create window with transfer” option, and target to window “Report Archive” using RESULT_KEY as parameter.I don’t find this LU in Action Parameters, destinantion window when configuring custom menu.I try find LU “Print Queue” (as another options) also not found. Is it possible to jump into one of these windows with a parameter at all?   

Hi All,When using REST sender, we use POST to create a new resource in the destination system and the response is HTTP 201. But in IFS, it is identified as an error which shouldn't be the case. IFS identifies only 200 as success.  Is there is any workaround to rectify this issue? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Good morning, i am trying to get a column in my data source that shows the warehouse location of the Avail Qty from the Supply Site on a Distribution Order. We have FSM 5.7 setup to email invoices to a contact with a role type of “Invoice Contact”. How can I setup this notification to send the email to more than one person?Thanks

Is it possible to generate works orders using separate pm actions based on the hours runtime of a machine or km’s driven by a vehicle using standard functionality in IFS Apps 8?I only see options to base this on day, week, month or none in the maintenance plan (shown in the attached image) so I would guess not using this but I wonder about an event based on measurements / readings taken and entered into the system.Anyone else had similar requirements?  

May I get the customer portal complete user guide / document ? I cannot see any documentation on customer portal basic configuration  process, how to create profile of a customer , how to provide access , if multiple / concurrent login possible in customer portal, How many users may use one customer portal license etc.Please advise.

Hello, I have made changes to my Base Profile for Shop Floor Workbench/Attachments tab. Specially, I’ve hidden columns on the Documents/Attachments tab. I have the users configured with a Disabled Personal Profile. I am now seeing the following error message when the users open SFWB:This message now appears every time a user restarts their IFS session and logs into IFS. I am able to avoid this issue by turning on Personal Profiles for the users, but I do not want to enable that. I’m not sure what needs configured, or if it is possible to have Personal Profiles disabled, and still make column changes to the Documents tab columns. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

Is it possible to build the quote page , under repair portal user?A named license user has the privilege to create quote under RMA page.But, A Repair portal license holder doesn't have that privilege to access quote.  Is it possible build ta quote page from UI designer?

I am trying to see Distribution Orders that are open and fillable, i need to see the locations that the Available Qty is in. Hi I developed a custom IFS report designer report for Apps 10 customer. They want this report to be in both English and Dutch. So after I deploy the report, i also Scan Translatable Code and add the translation for the report in both English and Dutch. After that i did the Refresh Cache and Refresh Language Cache also. But when I try to run the report, i only get option to select English as the language and Not Dutch. Where in case of standard IFS reports, i see the dropdown with all valid language. Any idea what i missed?  

Hi, what is the standard method for on-premise IFS customers to ensure their Oracle databases and Java components like WebLogic are patched?Are these patches included in Update deliveries, or are they installed separately? Who normally is responsible for ensuring Java and Oracle for the IFS environment are patched? IFS (via Deliveries), or the IFS Customer? If it’s the IFS customer, can the customer DBA just install the latest Oracle and Java patches on-demand, or do they need to be verified to be compatible with IFS first? i.e. will installing the latest patches break the IFS environment?

Hello, We need to use document approval for sales quotation approval. This because we have to approve the sales quotation by different users before release. Can someone help me with the statement to trigger the release of the sales quotation, when the connected document is released.  The event trigger is not the problem, but the action to preform the release of the sales quotation. A general direction for the statement is needed . The document title is the same as the sales quotation number.  Thanks

Hello, I’m attempting to trigger a Streams notice on a failed background job. I’ve gotten the event to trigger, however, I am trying to further filter notification by adding a condition for the event based on the site the error occurred at. I’ve noticed that in the Argument field, the actual site name is contained and I thought that I could use wildcards to trigger when that value is present. However, it appears I do not have it configured correctly. I was attempting to use the LIKE condition with wildcards, and I also attempted to use the “=” condition with no luck. The syntax used for both is below:  The argument field contain a long string of text, but the contract site does appear in the string. I’m hoping that I’m using the condition and wildcards incorrectly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have created a custom field on handling units for a trace number. But we can´t get it to the report output XML for report designer. Is there a special LU that needs to be connected for this?The handling units are reserved to a customer order but not yet picked reported.

We have the app param SERIAL_UNIQUENESS set to 1 (serial unique for part ID).My understanding of this would be that two products with the same part can’t have the same serial ID but two products with different part IDs can have the same serial ID.However, when we try to add two products with the same serial ID to a shipment we get an error saying that the selected serial ID is already included in the shipment even though the products are connected to different part IDs.Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding the app param, do anyone have any experience with this?/Erik
