Hi All,  I am facing this issue here at the time of creating a credit invoice against a Project Invoice and  its showing an error “[NET_CURR_AMOUNT] is mandatory” . Invoice is at PostedAuthorized Stage. Attached is the screenshot. Can anyone help?

Hi,We are using the invoicing plan to create a project invoice.We make some lines in the plan and select them.Then we use the create invoice option in the menu. Now a Preliminary invoice is created and here comes my problem:How can I add new lines to this invoice?We are on IFS 9.BR. Kresten

Hi, is it possible to prevent the ability to select Print Order Confirmation/Email Order Confirmationuntil the Customer Order has been ‘Released’. Any advice greatly appreciated. John

Tasks with a future SLA Our SLA’s are generated based on the plan start date. But if the plan start date is greater than 31 days, these tasks do not go into PSO.They only go into PSO when the SLA is within the next 31 days. Is there a way to include Sla’s greater than 31 days? This is used for our preventative maintenance tasks that are booked months in advance 

Hi,Has anyone created an event that checks that Pre posting has been added to each PO line when they are released?I have created one that works OK on the PO header, but get the dreaded Mutating trigger when i try to run this on the lines.Thanks,Mick.

I’ve created a lobby element which shows upcoming leave for senior management - this is for use by our Project Management department.   As Senior Managers are across various org units, I’ve had to grant Project Managers access to departments via Graphical Org Structure and to relevant Positions via Position Access Setup. This means, they can see senior managers’ time registration/absences. Is there a way to grant access just to the lobby data source, without having to touch HR org/position access? i.e. so they are only able to see these absences via the lobby element?

Hi all,I am trying to use Time Registration Module for time report.So when i tried to search an employee id there is no records found for some reasons. I researched that problem and i probably found the problem. Original date format is incorrect (It is taken from debug). You can look the pictures at below for details.I tried to change standart date format at APP options but it still doesnt work correctly.Why the standart IFS APP V10.8 using incorrect format to bring records or what i am missing? Is it about the regions settings?  

I am trying to see Aging Distribution Orders, currently what i have shows me the object version of the report which if anything changes then it drops off my category, i want to see only the status history change that is over a certin amount of days. any help would be greatly appreciated. For the Output Channels parameter in the Options-Server dialog, does anyone know if there is a way to increase the maximum number past 100,000 or is this the maximum please?  We have a customer on Apps10 who would like to increase the max number past this.TIA.

Can we create Stack Bar graphs under Lobbies in IFS? Please share the valid steps to achieve.

The Quote module, Out of the box, seems to create a request once the Quote has been approved.It only creates a request. Is there a method that already exists to have it auto create the task as well?Ideally would like to not carry over everythingFor example, if there is labour on the quote, we dont want labour on the task (in the event the user takes longer)

 I have done some investigations and found: The Tan blocks indicate the Shift Time of the Technician as per the Work Calendar specified either in the Person record or App Param (by default).But I’m unsure why the Blocks aren’t visible for all the Technician’s? It doesn’t correlate with schduled breaks either.
