Hi Team,  I am trying to configure App Param "RECEIVED_TASK_EVENT" but I can not see the task.last_received_person_id or task.last_received_dttm consistently set.The app param description is as follow,“The Event Type used to determine if a Task has already been received on a mobile device. When populated, a Task Event Generation business rule must be configured to create this task event when LAST_RECEIVED_PERSON_ID changes from empty to populated.”Need to understand how the baseline code is setting last_received_person_id, and last_received_dttm when the mobile user has "received" the task? how can I configure RECEIVED_TASK_EVENT app param? and what are the possible Param Values that can have?Thank you in advance for your help on this. Regards,Wickram B. 

Hello, We are using IFS Application 10 Update 8 and I see a BizApi and Web Services to send employee information.   We’d like to make use of this API to send the employee information to ADP when we onboard or change employee information.   I’m unable to locate a RMB option to send the employee data.  Does anyone know where I’d kick off calling the Send Employee API?  Regards,William Klotz

I found the below regarding ‘describe input’ via the external file assist.  The ‘next’ button is not enabled when I attempt (even logged in as ifsapp).   Does anyone have details that may help? 

Hello, I am attempting to create a Streams notice for when a Historical Work Order is reopoened. I was attempting to use the Status field of the Historical Work Order, but it appears that field is not available on the table of the LU.I’m not sure if this is the wrong LU. I have also checked the ActiveSeparate and I do not see it there either.I’ve looked for STATUS and ROWKEY, but neither appear in either LU/Table. Is there another name I should be looking for that represents the Status field on Historical WOs? Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

When I try to login to the community, I get the message that I have an invalid username or password.  

My Admin user is locked in the FSM. So am not able to log in the application.How to unlock the admin user ?

I’m trying to make layout changes to the Touch App for a Service Engineer. One of the pages is the Pool Work. When I select Resource Group (Un)defined I get a proper list. However I want to make changes to the data shown (add field, move them around). I have opened the page designer and get the following:In other pages I was able to use the > sign at item 1 or in some cases the 3 dots at 2 would open up more. But not for this PoolTasksList. Anyone an idea? Regards,Steve

We are rolling out IFS 10 in a German subisdiary and they a highly automated payment flow.As per discussion, I am facing the same challenge. ISO and SEPA adds IFS Payment order reference in the EndToEndID tag but how do we verify that IFS can match that order / or order’s items by using the MT940DE fileformat ?We have tried to replicate their current MT940 returnfile with IFS Payment Order ID  but this is not recognized - yet.What we are looking for is a way to know for sure that the items in the Paymnet Order can be acknowledged/paid by means of loading the MT940 bank statment into External Payments interface. The prepared references seems not to recogninse the EndToEndID tag value. Is there a particular set up requiered in the format message codes ?

 Users can not change the own password from Aurena and IEE environmens.Both environments are giving above error.Do I need to grand aditional permission set to particular user for change their password?

I would like to set up IFS to receive 856 acknowledgements (997) from our customers. The end goal would be that it would update the shipment status to let our shipping associates whether the ASN was sent successfully or had errors. I found a reference to RECADV2 in the IFS Application Online Documentation under Shipment, Order Delivery but it appears to be a dead end.

HiOn IFS 10 update 8, it seems that approval on training registrations are no longer needed. When consulting the F1 help, it seems that automatic training approval is optional. However, I am unable to figure out where this is controlled. Has anybody figured this out?  BR Kristian

 How to configure the LDAPS connection in IFS10?When I connect to AD via port 389 (ldap) this is no problem, but when I connect via LDAPS 636 it shows the message:Failed to connect to LDAP service: simple bind failed: ldap server: 636.Seems to be a problem with SSL authentication. Help :)

Hello, I am attempting to create a Streams notice for when the Operational Status of a Functional Object changes. Specifically, I would like an alert when the status changes to “Out of Operation”. I created an event and event action using the LU and column that I assumed was correct:However, the event is not triggering. I’ve tried various changes to the Event Action, but nothing is working. I’m not sure what I am missing with this setup, I’ve followed this same process for creating other notifications in IFS without issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Hi,I’m trying to import a bank statement into IFS 9 without any luck.I’m using the external file assistant.When I run the import I get the error: “No unpacked data found, check load file id”, and the log doesn’t tell me anything.I think the format of the import file is wrong. But I’m having trouble understanding how to read the file type.The file type has tree record types:Each record type has a column definition. Here is the one for the HEADER: Do I need to include all tree types in my imput file?Do I need to include all columns when non of them are mandatory?How do I understand the destination column?Is it possible to export an example of how the import file should look like? Best regards Kresten

Does anyone know if the Aurena Native Apps Support Persistent Custom Fields of Type Reference.  I am working with mWo Service 10 and I am able to add Text Fields, Numbers, Date and Enumerations but I am unable to add a reference field…. I am using IFS 8 and no matter what I have put in as an Expression, I get the error that the expression must return a date. I tried the solutions in other Topics, but none work for me.I even tried something really simple: SYSDATE + 1/3600; which comes directly from IFS Online Documentation and get the same error.Is there something weird about IFS 8?Any help is appreciated.

When trying to set in the company tab invoice - general the “Same No Preliminary and Final Supplier Invoice” checkbox, I got this error message:„There is voucher type J with automatic allotment set. Uncheck the „Same No Preliminary and Final Supplier Invoice“ fieldI was able to find the automatic alloment setting in Function Group Analysis, but this can not be changed.Can anyone help me to fix this?Thank you for your reply!
